Scheduled an appointment to upgrade my phone, arrived early as instructed in the text message, no one even spoke to me for 30 minutes past my appointment time so not really sure what the point of scheduling an appointment is. Multiple staff were sitting around texting, wandering aimlessly around the store and chit chatting with each other. Finally I get called and they tell me they can't help Mr and that I need to call customer service - all I wanted to do was find out what the current upgrade offers are so I'm still trying to figure out what was wrong that they couldn't help me. Whole place reeks of weed, like not a little different but smells like someone was smoking in the back room

Not happy with Verizon right now. For 8 years I have been told my address should have great coverage and our phones should roam to other towers if need be but I need a booster in my house and can barely make a call outside. I am in the city limits so should not be an issue. 4 people at my dining room table with T-Mobile had 4 and 5 bars with my booster off. I had barely 1 bar. 30 years with Verizon and its time to move on.

Went to trade my phones in and they said I would get $730 off for a trade in (iPhone 12 for a 15) so I did that and the very next day I came in with my sisters phone to do the same deal and they said everything still applied but I didn't give it to them that day because I didn't want to give them the transfer fee ($30 to tap a button that says transfer so I recommend doing it yourself) so I did it myself. Came back in to give them the old device that was the exact same as mine and they said that it wasn't in their system to trade it in and then only would credit $450 so it made the bill tremendously higher than anticipated. Absolutely ridiculous to consider this as anything other than theft and lying.company's get away with a lot I suppose but be careful about trusting their word.

Verizon's customer service has been going downhill for years. When you call customer service you have to go through several prompts just to be connected to the wrong department. I have had way too much trouble with them in the past couple years.I guess this trouble has tricked down from the call centers to the stores. I went in to this store tonight, about 45 minutes before close to give them my phone for the trade in offer when I got my new phone. I already had my new phone, service had already been transferred. I was just dropping off the old phone. I was told that they could not help me tonight. I get that they closed soon, but we still had 45 minutes for what would surely be a five minute transaction at most. The thing is, I work until 5pm and have other responsibilities and this was the time that was convenient for me to transact my business. When did convenience shift from the customer to the business? If I don't have time in the day until 7:15, there should be someone there, for MY (the customer's) convenience. I don't need Verizon. Verizon needs me.

I will continue to drive 45 minutes out of my way to come to this location. Every. Time.All of the staff here are extremley helpful, patient and kind. The specialist, Paige, is especially wonderful!

The customer service associate was extremely RUDE to the customer before me and then to me. She was laid across a prop at the front with her chin in her hand as if she did not care to be at work. The man before me said: “I came to get help with my internet problem at home.” She says: “Well, did you call anyone?” Him: “No. That’s why I stopped in here.” Her: “Well, we can’t help you. We only sell phones.” That was the start and it continued. SO RUDE. The associate’s name was Melody Jackson.

I went in tonight after Dustin at the Gull Rd store directed me there after being so helpful however the rest of the process had to be done at a corporate store. The manager who is always welcoming listened to what I needed and told me it would be a little wait, only 5 min! Colin helped me out and after a hellish week of being locked out of my phone got my phone traded in and upgraded and was awesome making sure I didn't get charged for anything that I didn't need. I asked about the screen protector Dustin from gull rd had told me to check into, got that on for extra protection (I'm clumsy) never tried to upsell me, was patient, direct, nice. Two Verizon stores this week and amazing staff at both!!! Professional, kind, not pushy and get the job done and he helped lower my bill. Thanks for hiring solid employees and what a amazing staff at this location. ?

Waited for nearly an hour, watched several people come and go without ever even being said hello to. There's no waiting area, so you're literally standing around just bringing food someone to help or acknowledge you.Hard to say if AT&T would be any better, but they certainly couldn't be worse.

Worst verizon experience of my life. With 5 workers there and only two customers we managed to received terrible customer service. I knew exactly what phone I wanted and how much it would cost. I did the research and picked it out. From the moment I walked in the workers were condescending and tried to talk me out of the phone I wanted into a more expensive one. The head sleazy salesman rung up a $50 screen protector without asking me first plus scammed me out of a $30 setup fee that they never even did! Besides being belittled non stop by these verizon losers to buy an overpriced phone case they were incompetent and could not set up my phone. We waited 30 minutes while getting harassed by the pathetic worker with glasses. I left and literally did the set up on my phone in the car by the time I got home. Be careful of the $30 setup scam. Just do it yourself. Buyer beware I highly suggest using a different location.

I have never left a review before, but feels like this deserves one. I have never felt so disrespected & belittled by someone as I did with the manager at this location. She was beyond rude & didn’t explain things well. I said we might look at other providers after this interaction & she said go right ahead and do it because it doesn’t affect me at all and walked off. As a manager of a store that you’re dealing with customers it was very unprofessional. I called customer service after & they confirmed what I said about the issue & stated it had nothing to do with what she was saying it did.

It's been FOUR DAY'S and still no help from anywhere from verizon!ALL I WANT DO DO IS SWITCH MY PRE-PAY SERVICE TO A NEW CREDIT CARD!I can’t sign into the app and the app won't respond when clicking "forgot password."So I stopped in and was told "we can't help with that, they don't trust us viewing credit cards." You don't trust your employees?!So he called *some* number, entered his employee number and he walked away. Half way through my CC number the computer voice says "sorry I didn't get that. Goodbye." 5 minutes later another employee walks out and asks if I've been helped. I said "I was being helped but I have no idea where he went." This employee also walked away without saying a word then played with his phone.I WOULD SILL LIKE an 800 number for HELP and to know if my complaints are being heard!But I'm sure I'll just get a computer generated response just like everyone else here...3-28-23

Worst ever! It is ALWAYS over an hour wait! Ordered a new phone, can't activate at home because they screwed up. No sense of urgency or customer service. Appalling. A customer came in to buy a keyboard and they told him he would need to wait an hour and a half in line for his turn. Refuse to ring him up. What the what???
