Absolutely pissed off!!!!!!! I check my mail every single Tuesday and Thursday, twice a week!! Yet, the mail carrier here keeps sending my mail back to the sender claiming I'm not picking up my mail! I have lost gifts from family members, my new license and registration for my car, and more important information due to this!!!!! This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!! I am checking my mail TWICE every week. You should NOT be sending back my mail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very unhappy with our post office service. For the past year our mail comes anytime from noon to 7:00 pm. Today we are supposed to be getting our property tax bill. It is now 7:30 pm and no mail. What is the problem with our USPS?

Horrible service the 2 employees that always seem to be there are disgusting and rude the old lady laughed at me for asking for a fragile label telling me it’s pointless they’re gonna throw it around anyways and then you have the disgusting dude that looks like a meth head with his lizard Mohawk… I have no clue why these people work here or how they get away with it the management must not care at all about there employees appearance and actions they both should be fired next time I stop in I’ll make sure to get their names and post them on here

Spoke with Dalia on the phone today about a letter I did not receive and she was extremely rude. She mocked and made fun of me for thinking that packages from Informed Delivery are meant to arrive on the same day, even though that has always been my experience. She said that it says on the Informed Delivery dashboard that packages will arrive in 5-7 business days (it does NOT). Stunned by her mockery, I just said thank you and hung up the phone. I'm shocked at the extreme unprofessionalism of this postal employee, and hope that I do not ever need to interact with her in the future.

I have always had very good experience here until tonight. I am constantly running behind on sending out my bills. Probably close to 100 times over the years I have ran in there to get my bill post dated. It is simply an ink stamp that they have at their desk. They stamp it and put it in the mail. I asked for that tonight and the guy with a mop top yelled at me that it was $2.00 because I was bypassing the system. I said that's weird because I have done this many times and no one has ever batted an eye. He continued to say he know's what he's talking about and was very rude. If this has changed then it needs to be stated somewhere but also he didn't need to yell.

I called to track a package that said its been delivered and was not i have a camera system so I would def know.. Gave the lady the tracking number and she instantly got rude.. Talking about I don't know where you people keep shopping at but we can't track them numbers.. you need to call where ever you shopped at and ask them where its at.. She def didnt wanna help in any way.. it was like I was interrupting her day and how dare I ask her anything..
