“I purchased a pair of hard-to-find shoes from V&A Bootery for a Christmas present. Since we live in Texas, I had no prior experience with the store. Must admit -- I was a little nervous to order online from a store I'd never heard of. However, I called and spoke with someone, checked their reviews, and was comfortable trying. I was so very pleased with their service. Sadly, the shoes didn't work so I had to return them. When I called to explain, they were very understanding and made the entire process so easy. Don't hesitate to get your footwear at V&A Bootery -- they are just awesome! :)”
“Good staff very helpful and honest. Took my wife here to look for work shoes she wanted Nikes. The staff member pointed out a cheaper pair of work shoes told us why the cheaper ones( actual work shoes non-slip bottoms and comfortable inserts) would be better for her standing job. They did not have her size but we could order them. Clean store great display of product.”
“Due to COVID19 I understand it’s a very long wait on the phone for most customer services But at least you get to wait on the line to get a hold of somebody to speak with unlike Foot Locker that it doesn’t even ring and just says welcome to Foot Locker that their call centers are receiving a high volume of calls and then tells you have a good day and hangs up on you. Yet I still can’t reach Foot Locker through a chat or an email for a freaking order from about a week ago and have not received any other updates besides order confirmation at least my money wasn’t taken out of the bank yet. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE take your money elsewhere!!!!! Champs, Finish Line, Shoe Dept. Encore. Are way better places to shop!!!”
“I’m a frequent shopper because their prices are so amazing. During my shopping trip today I noticed they have new staff and manager (Mel) who all definitely are a refreshing change from the old rude unhelpful staff and management. The store used to be a hit or miss dusty bargain basement but they have redone the whole store and now it’s a trendy low priced shoe store that I can’t wait to shop at again very soon.”
