“This was my first time using this location. I found the staff to be pleasant and smiling when I came in. I was waiting in line when someone noticed me and assisted me quickly. The staff was knowledgeable and made sure my letter was proper before mailing. I was on my lunch break and I was in and out within 8 minutes. I felt my experience was worth a 5 star rating.”
“We scheduled an appointment to get our passport photos taken so we could get our passports renewed. The clerk who helped us went above and beyond with her advice to make sure we had everything we needed to send in our renewal information. I wish I had gotten her name because we for sure would have missed a piece of information without her. 5 star service.”
