Little Chick Shoe Shop, has done wonders for us. I travel from South Bend to Kalamazoo for my grandson, his feet is really narrow and can only wear the stride rite brand. They know our needs and we thank them for that!!!

Loved the personal assistant given for fitting toddler shoes. Very patient staff to work with. Return policy is generous. Purchased 2 pair of shoes & 1 pr of rain boots for a toddler.

My mother always brought my sister and me to little chick to get shoes when we were kids. I’m 26 and have my own daughter now, and we had the same great experience at little chick’s as I did when I was a child. Excellent customer service.

My daughter has ankle foot orthotics (braces). Little Chick is the absolute best place to get shoes that work with her braces. They have a great selection and I cannot say enough great things about the customer service. They are so helpful and FAST. Instead of going to 10 chain stores and trying on 100 pairs of shoes, we try on 2 or 3 carefully selected pairs at Little Chick and are in and out in 10-15 minutes. Shoe shopping is fun here and doesn’t result in tears, my daughter’s or mine! Excellent.

My parents bought my shoes here when I was a child, and I've bought shoes for all six of my kids here. Great customer service, and good shoe selection. One of the only places I've been to that will actually take the time to make sure your child is getting the best and most comfortable fitting shoes.

We love little chick shoe shop! They are great about giving recommendations for What will best suit your child, and I always feel good knowing he has the right fit and they offer a program where you can return them in under three months if they grow out of them! Everything we've gotten there has been very high-quality and we continue to shop there for all of our son's shoe needs! They do require appointments for fittings, which is actually kind of nice because you're always able to get assistance with sizing and the service is great! Check out little chick for your little ones footwear needs!

We’ve wasted so much time and money ordering and returning kid’s shoes online. I’m so glad we found this place! Staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and the quality and selection is pretty good! Even with a 45-minute drive from St. Joseph, we’ll be coming back every time my daughter needs new kicks!
