Best haircut ever! And so reasonable, HALF of what I paid at other salons. Amy makes sure she understands what you are looking for and doesn't rush you. I'm so happy I found this hidden gem! And so convenient, located right inside Meier on Shaver Road. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. Amy was terrific but the other gals seemed very professional as well. I'm a customer for life!

Went in for highlites and they did an amazing job! I highly recommend Christy. It was my first time getting highlites and it was a pleasant experience with fantastic results. Everyone there was in a good mood, which set the welcoming environment. Who knew Meijer had such a gem!

I've known about Coachlite for years, but hadn't tried them until about three weeks ago. I needed a cut so I stopped in and got a cut that turned out great. I would recommend Coachlite! Great staff, great value, great cut.

I've had my hair done here thrice with Fawn. The first time it was the best haircut I'd gotten in quite some time, so I returned to become a regular. At my first visit I was surprised because this business is one of many that's located inside a Meijer's store & I (incorrectly) assumed that would mean so-so quality. Not the case at this salon & with this particular person. They often take walk-ins too when they can. Most customers were men when I was there (I'm a woman) because the Coachlite chain started out as barber shops located inside Meijer stores. My dad swears by the Coachlite shop in Meijer's on S. Westnedge Ave. in Kalamazoo. He's a particular old cuss, so that says a lot! Reasonable prices (though not cheap) and if you can prove you work for Meijer's, you get a 10% discount.

My family gets trims here every few weeks. Everyone is super nice, friendly and responsive to what we want. They remember our names and enjoy my 6 y/o daughter. We feel very welcome, and it's a great value. Best part is that they only charge $10 to give me a "temple treatment" to cover my grays. Can't get a better deal than that. I also buy some of my hair products here.
