The folks here were extremely kind and helpful while we dealt with a frustrating logistical situation. I’m especially grateful for Jen, who was friendly and patient and helped me resolve issues with international money transfers. I would recommend this to anyone, especially Canadians passing through.

Literally cried in the parking lot for like five minutes because I asked for handicap assistance with writing and was told no, given a terrible attitude and told to go write it on a shelf so others could go ahead then come back. I can’t write well due to brain damage and tremors. I told the woman at the desk I had a Nuero disorder and she stated nothing and continued to tell me they don’t have help for that. So I wrote on the shelf where I ended up knocking over a thing of panflips and honestly I was super upset because it’s already so hard to live my life as a newly disabled mom of four kids who is just trying to get her presents shipped out. I already have to relearn everything, and so do lots of others who experience being disabled. Don’t make someone feel lower than you because she can’t do something. Be a good human. Just help. We have to help each other to make it. I hope someday that woman will understand and become more of a care giver instead of someone who turns away someone in need. When I asked for the manager I wasn’t given the best answers unfortunately. A man said they would help me next time and I couldn’t hold back tears from feeling really hurt and confused and had to leave quickly so they didn’t see me burst into tears. Thankfully a nice man stopped and asked if I was okay. He told me to come back later and get my business done. To keep going and keep trying even though life is different and hard now. Thankful for him and God showing me it’s not all people.As for the post office, I would make sure someone is willing to help disabled people on each shift.Maybe don’t let the lady who is angry do it…

Omg they were so helpful!!! I wasn't sure about which avenue to go with either certified or what...I have important papers to mail and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I'm so grateful!!! Love em honestly patient and understanding!!! Couldn't have asked for better in the customer care department!

I put a change of address in the middle of May. I'm not receiving my mail and keep getting the run around. I supervisor named Jennifer contacted me and was very snippy and rude. She should not be in customer service. Mail got sent back saying no deliverable mail recepticle. Which is not true and no one can answer me as to why. It's very frustrating at this point. Still not receiving mail. Everytime I've called the phone just rings. No one will answer

I just want to say I don't know. Why are postman sits with our mailboxes? Open in his vehicle on his phone. And it will be out there a good hour. Just sitting while everybody's waiting to walk. To get their mail, it is now going on 5 o'clock in the afternoon. And we have not gotten our mail yet. One before when we have a lady delivering at our mail's hair by 132 o'clock. I'm not understanding this at all. It's horrible service with the Post Office here, horrible.

This is the best Post Office I have ever visited. The staff, especially Chris is always willing to help in a professional yet personal manner. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Thank you to the entire staff at this location for always being able to answer my questions.

They don't answer their phone! I know for a fact they are NOT so busy they can't answer the phone! I need to make an appointment with them and apparently you have to go in just set up an appointment for a later date. That'd be great except for my husband works a gazillion hours and I'm handicapped. This just isn't convenient and all because nobody in the federal office and get off their hiney and answer the phone. But I'm not bitter. I'm glad I don't have to deal with us too often.
