Fixed my hdmi port for my ps5 awhile back it only took awhile to get back the consol becuase it was the holiday season which I was completely fine with. Got it back as soon as possible tho. really friendly guy and good price?

Absolutely amazing service, he's amazing with communicating with customers, and got back to me within 30 mins even though it was 3 in the morning, set me up an appointment that morning and got my Xbox series s with a broken hdmi, I dropped it off at 9 10 am and by 11am he had it repaired and ready for pick, will definitely use for all future repairs with my electronics

I would highly recommend taking your electronics to this guy. Spilled water in my PC and it stopped working, best buy said they would not be able to do anything to salvage it. I called him, explained the issue, had me bring it in, and had it fixed/working within two days. Business owner is very quick to communicate what's going on and offer you choices to move forward with this service.

Needed my xbox series x fixed found King pc solution on Google with good reviews was not disappointed fast, friendly, straightforward, and honest it's a situation were you don't wanna see a repair man it sucks but if you do King pc is who you want

They fixed my sons x-box console in a timely fashion for a fair price. Owner was quick to reply to questions and explained what he did to fix the problem.

Would give 0 stars he took 100 dollars from us gave me a 8 dollar hard drive and a used hdmi port refuses to fix it or even pay us back never go here

I'd give him 0 stars if possible. I took my boys playstation to be fixed here and he stole his hard drive and replaced it with a cheap Chinese one and didn't even properly fix it. I took it in somewhere else and they couldn't even help him! Claims to be a marine but is stealing from children ? shame on you!!

Do not take anything here. The guy has horrible communication skills. You will have to call him if you want any updates on your device, and even if you do this, you may still not get a response. I took my laptop in for a noisy fan. It took him two weeks to reset my computer, which has nothing to do with the fan. Charged me $45. For reference, I reset my computer in five minutes (took another 30 minutes to reset without any manual labor or having to click anything, for a grand total of 45 minutes). I was already frustrated that I waited two weeks and was charged $45 for him to “fix” my computer by doing something that has nothing related to the fan. I took it home and the fan was super noisy again within 20 minutes of use, even though he told me he ran it for an entire day and it was not loud at all. At this point, I called him and asked for a refund and offered a video for proof that it was still noisy, as he fixed nothing and cost me 2 weeks of doing schoolwork on my laptop. He acted flabbergasted that I asked for a refund and told me the only thing he can do is take it back to him to fix it. Why would I bring it back to him if he did nothing the first time? He then interacted rudely with me, even cutting me off. After I pointed out that I was not finished with my sentence (it’s very rude to interrupt someone), he hung up and never answered a call again. So, this guy scammed me of $45 and did absolutely nothing helpful to my computer. I also assume he will counter this review with some retaliation, so to clarify, he told me he left a voicemail after I explained that I was going to pickup my laptop the next day due to a lack of communication. He never did. Not once did I get a voicemail saying my laptop was ready to pick up. He also said the $45 is a bench fee, and every repair place charges that. A bench fee is a fee when a device is diagnosed or repaired, which mine was neither, as he knew from the beginning it was a fan issue. Save yourself the money and the time, take your devices someplace else.

My husband’s Samsung Galaxy A52 was not displaying anything on the screen anymore. It could still receive calls and messages, but the screen was black. Charlie ordered a new screen and fixed Alex’s phone the very next day. He was done by noon. Not only did Mr. King replace the screen, but he replaced all the outside edges of the screen. The phone was better than it was when I first dropped it off at King’s. It’s like Alex has a brand new phone! Very impressed and it was all super quick and easy! Thank you, Charlie!

Mr King replaced an iPhone 11 screen for me. Phone looks brand new! Was done in less than an hour. Reasonably priced. Professional service. Very nice man. Definitely see him for all you electronic needs! Thanks again Charlie!

King PC fixed my broken phone screen. I got my phone back the next day! Fast with competitive prices. Local in Port Huron. Works out of a house. If I had not been referred to him by a good friend, I would have had to go to the Sterling Heights area. Which would have been a huge inconvenience. Recommend this repair service. He also suggested a very sturdy brand of case for my phone. Thanks
