“Edited: So, the item was picked up yesterday and I received an email this morning noting my refund. I'm impressed. I'll admit it. Thanks, Leon's.Had an issue with an item purchased online. I was not happy with it when it arrived and got no help in store. However, after speaking to an agent, she was able to offer a return with a 25 percent restocking fee which I think is fair. What is not fair is the lack of notice of their all sales final policy both in store and online. But all in all, I'm very satisfied with the outcome”

“Me and my fiancé went shopping for a sectional and some barstool chairs since we bought a house recently… Mike helped us out and showed us every single couch in the place almost and we came out very happy with our experience and product! Mike is a solid honest dude unlike most people trying to sell consumers products, so I respect that a ton! I would recommend anyone else to come here… affordable prices as well. The sectionals range anywhere from 1000 to 3-4 grand is what I saw. The one we selected is definitely pretty big and was 1900 total which is a solid price in my opinion. If I remember in the future I’ll update my review with the longevity of the product?”

“First time at the Sarnia Staples , walked in and immediately greeted by a young lady with a smile and kind tone . She asked how she can help and a gentleman overheard and he lead me over to the HP toner . He didn’t just walk away, he explained to me that there were two options . He proceeded to calculate the cost per page so I could make a informed decision on my purchase. Sure I could have done this myself, however this gentleman knows how to deliver customer service and knows how very important it is. Great positive attitude and customer centric explained every product in much detail. Went above and beyond to my questions/doubts.Tepperman can make deliveries at least free for customer buying more that $5k. Competitors are providing better offers with free delivery and providing TVs as give away for any purchase more than $3k.. They are loosing customers from this perspective.”
