I used to do business with FedEx all the time for business and personal use! But I am no longer going to use them and I'm going to tell my business associates not to use them either! They've had a package that was supposed to be delivered days ago the package was shipped out on October 26th, 2023 and now it is November 6th 2023! So my package has been in limbo for 12 consecutive days! My package has started off from Florida and ending in Fresno, California from Fresno, California to my delivery destination in Port Huron Michigan! I searched on the internet and it takes two consecutive days from Fresno California to Port Huron, Michigan! Once again my package has been in limbo for 12 consecutive days! On day eight I called FedEx 1-800 customer service number and I can only used automated system with the tracking number and every time the tracking number was given the automated system says still in transit so from the 8th day from October 26th I started contacting FedEx and every single day and still today the system is saying that my package is still in transit! Then I finally got a hold of a customer service agents and as far as I can tell the holdup for my package was something to do with a label on the FedEx part that still needed to be created! Now I really need that package for work so how long is it going to take before I receive my package no one will tell me anyone I talked about FedEx will not tell me! They are telling me the same thing over and over again that it's still in transit! So by the end of the day I'm going to guarantee you I'm still not going to have the package I guarantee I'm going to call FedEx 1-800 customer service number and they're going to tell me it's still in transit as they have been doing since day eight from the day the package was shipped out!!! So if you have any business to do with FedEx and you need a package delivered whether it be personal or business I would suggest you go to UPS they are quicker and more accurate and I've never had a problem with them! But you're taking the chances if you use FedEx because they are again are slow they lose things they can't control their environments and they are again very very inaccurate when it comes to asking them questions!Sincerely,Alicia Markowski

I don't really know how this company is still around, 80% of the time my items are damaged or lost in mail. The inconvenience that frustrates me is there is a Port Huron Location but when I call the number I'm transferred to someone in a another Country that I can barley understand. On more than one occasion they said they delivered package to my home when i was home and never even saw anyone deliver anything. DONT USE FED EX!

The FEDEX in Port Huron MI is constantly making mistakes. Our restaurant is closed to the PUBLIC on Tuesdays... yet open for deliveries. Have spoken to them a half dozen times about it. Yet however, their driver keeps claiming that we are closed. Funny UPS and other companies get it right ???

Lady working the counter needs an attitude adjustment. Common sense would help. My mom needed help while arm was in a cast and she made my mom carry all packages in byherself

these employees are both friendly and go above with their customer service. I take even my FED Ex packages their as they're better and friendlier

They need to consider letting go of the woman that works there. Shes very rude and makes you feel uncomfortable. A simple task of mailing something becomes a real chore when dealing with her. I'm glad the other employees there are nice or else I'd have to give one star.

It's a convenient location, but the gentleman I dealt with each time just doesn't seem to like having customers there. Always feels like he's annoyed and frustrated with you.

I normally give good reviews but we went here to send out a package and the lady behind the counter was very rude. But there was a gentleman there too who was very polite so we went to him to send the package out instead. Hence why I gave two stars instead of one.

The lady working there is rude and disrespectful went to drop off a package she was nothing but rude and refused to do her job and discriminates based on medical conditions by the way. Do not recommend going there.
