Booked a meeting for a passport. We drive all the way out to the post office. Sign on the door says they have no power and doors are locked. No one called us to cancel or reschedule the meeting. Huge waste of our time and terrible customer service. 0 out of 10.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I had 3 packages shipped to a business address, 1 was delivered through UPS, the other two through USPS are now being returned to sender as "Your item was returned to the sender on April 8, 2024 at 6:48 am in PONTIAC, MI 48342 because of an incorrect address."

If i could give zero stars i would. drivers are lazy and lie about delivering packages or saying they attempted to deliver packages when they did not. staff are very rude not helpful at all. always a long line definitely hate having to go there or use USPS for any package delivery. come on USPS you need to do better by our community.

I have received my neighbors mail at least 50 times in 8 years at this house (not an exaggeration). This post office is criminally negligent. I don't even live in Pontiac so this shouldn't be my post office either - I live in Auburn Hills.

Had a package misdelivered at my complex, thankfully the employees were very helpful in getting it sorted out and I had my package very shortly after talking to them.

The workers here including the DRIVERS are LAZY!!!!! There’s no way I should be getting “no access to building” when delivering my package but you people deliver mail with no issue. From the reviews I’m not surprised.
