He recommended the best ‘all season’ tires for my car, got the price down as low as he could, scheduled me for that day, and made sure my oil was clean and my car was running well. “A couple of weeks ago, I had an emergency where I needed a new tire to replace my spare. It was after closing time but I drove by the shop anyway. Luckily, the guys were still there. I told them about my issue and they were able to get me a new tire and install it for me even though it was well after closing time. They didn't have to do it but I totally appreciate them for taking care of me. Great customer service!!”
