This is the best Trek store around by far. I came in on a Saturday ten minutes before closing with a flat tire on my bike. Not only did the Store Manager Louis Morin keep the store open to assist me, but he also went above and beyond by checking my account to see that my tire was still under warranty so there was no charge for the new tire. The employees at this store are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - I won't go anywhere else.

My Son needed a new bike and despite owning many TREK bikes over the years, I found the new bikes and options to be overwhelming. The staff was patient and knowledgeable and fitted us with a bike that was well priced and properly suited for my Son.

Took 2 bikes in for service and had an awesome experience. Julie was kind, attentive and super helpful, making several quick adjustments free-of-charge, including filing down the seat post so my 12-year old could have a tailored ride height that worked out to be the most comfortable. Left one bike that had been in storage for a number of years at the store for a full tuning and am really glad I did. I got it back restored to great shape. Highly recommend!

Always been treated well At the Pontiac store. Was in for some repairs on my son’s bike and making some final inquiries for the exe. The staff even put together some fresh cut flowers for my wife. Great team!

Staff is very helpful and they sure do know about bikes . They are very enthusiastic about their work . They also are very helpful as to where to find trails to ride .

When I broke my bike in and they said they couldn’t fix it and then we got a few weeks ago and they said they put on fork new too there’s nothing wrong with it , in truck hit me different I neeed bike back

The sales experience with Louis was great. I order a bike in my size, I was promised a pickup date. There was no communication about delivery or expectation after the sale. I called and was told they would try to get me my bike when promised but it may be the next day.
They call right before close and say it’s ready for pick up. I lived too far away to make it before they closed and they told me they would open by ten am the next day.
I show up the next day and there’s no one there to open the store and no manager to come open. They would not open until the technician could arrive at noon. Two hours after normal open. While many customer came and went. Clearly disappointed the store was closed. I live over an hour away, I could not leave and go home then come back easily.
This experience has been terrible and I feel incredibly let down. Disappointed that such an expensive and once exciting transaction has had nothing but disappointments. I wish things had been different I would have been a very loyal customer .
Edited. The staff that came in to assist were amazing and did a wonderful job. I waited a long time for them to open but they worked hard to make it right.

I had the pleasure of working with Jason S. and Julia M. . After purchasing a bike from them and riding it for a couple weeks, I realized the bike wasn’t for me. When I went to return it, Jason was very professional and kind and went out of his way to make sure the return was smooth and simple. I highly recommend this store for anyone in Southeast Michigan. I have been to a few shops in the area and the staff here are by far the kindest, helpful, friendly, and easiest to work with. Thank you again guys for your help.
