Internet is $97Go into upgrade to live local, guy gives me a new white router andBill goes to $129, i say ok and head home. Get the bill online and its $158. I figured maybe it's prorated or something..next bill $158. Next bill $158. I go in and she says oh it is supposed to be $135 and I'm paying for the old router monthly. . He never told me to bring the old router back in because i would be charged like $24 per month.. So if i bring the old one in my bill will be $135 and $95 if i drop to just the internet like before so i bring the new router back because i want to go back to the $95 just internet. She tells me that the old router won't provide the Internet speed i have been paying for. So i have to bring the old one back and use the new one to get the speed i have been paying for and my bill will be $85... To summarize. I have been paying for Internet speed but using a router that won't deliver that speed. I paid 3 months rent on a router i didn't use because I didn't know I needed to turn it in $75 lost and each time i sled about prices i got different amounts

The representative that greeted me told me he had no time to get into technical issues I had about my service. I think he just didn't know the answer and was afraid to admit he didn't know the answer. You never tell a customer you have no time to discuss the service you're paying for. I won't be going back to that store.

Lawanda and her awesome staff stayed 2 1/2 hours after the store closed to get our mobile phone traded-in and a new phone so we could get the current promotional price offered. They are great people to work with. Don't pass on their great service because of the bad reviews. They will take care of you, 100% sure of that.

Went to update my phone and email since it's impossible to get a human being on the phone. I just needed to pay my damn bill but until they got my correct info they wouldn't let me pay! So Mr helpful man said he updated my info. NOT! Turns out he did jack. Also he was extremely rude and had a very "I'm so much better than you" attitude. Xfinity is a joke. My 60 monthly bill is now over 100! Time to cut the damn cord.

Had a great experience between help from the gentleman at the check-in counter to the rep that helped me order my wifi pod. Dinasty helped me to contact their off-site staff to order the part I needed, which arrived the next day. Awesome service, very much appreciated!

Usually this store is helpful and friendly however not today. Went there after I was advised by Xfinity phone agent to pick up a new 4k cable box. The young man at the counter quickly told me they don't have boxes there and that he could not help me because they only did sales at that store. He didn't listen to what I was trying to tell him. He said the customer service phone line doesn't have anything to do with the Xfinity store when dealing with troubleshooting issues. He did not care whatsoever what I was told just an hour previous from a phone agent and said I would have to call back customer service and go through the automated system all over again. Very tempted to stop my $250 monthly servie.

Can't get through any of Xfinity store or main numbers.only a computer that has no opinions to talk to a real person. Bad service once you own equipment or have the service.

Chase was the name who supported and processed my request and problems very smoothly. I am happy and felt happy visit store. Whereas on call agent experience was not good and was not getting my problem. Store visit is better experience than customer call. If you need solution then visit store instead calling xfinity customer support.

We came in on a Friday to switch our phones. We were promised $500 off a top of the line flip phone, but we have to order it. On Wednesday the phone arrives and we come back and the discount is down to $300 and oh, by the way, we've already transferred your phone. Do not trust this store.

This one star review is not for the staff that works at this location, it is for Xfinity as a company. I've spent months trying to get a hold of Xfinity through the phone, which is virtually impossible. I wanted to schedule a service appointment, because the automated over the phone signal reset never fixed my issues. I took time out of my day and drove 20 minutes to this location, just to speak to a real person and schedule an appointment.They scheduled an appointment for me and about an hour later I receive a call from Xfinity ADVANCED customer support (eyes rolling) saying they would like to attempt to resolve the issue before sending out a service person. I told them I wasn't home and I was driving, I told them I want the service person to look at the multiple issues I had. They never sent the service person, even though they gave me an appointment time, they canceled it without my consent. HOW IS THIS COMPANY LEGALLY ALLOWED TO OPERATE LIKE THIS?
