I recently bought my first home and Denell Salame was my loan officer. She is a rockstar and a wizard with numbers. Additionally, she is experienced, knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. She also has a gift for teaching. She was able to explain all the answers to all my questions in a way that helped me understand and make informed decisions. I was a bit overwhelmed with this process, but Denelle's expertise helped the whole process be less nerve-wracking. She even answered a few of my questions several times as it seemed like information would just evaporate out of my head. Denell is honest and transparent and I don't know if I could have completed the home buying process with anyone else. She will be my first call if I ever buy another home. I plan on following Denelle wherever she may go.

My fiancé and I are new homebuyers and we were told prior to closing that we needed proof of insurance in order to close out our loan. We found our insurance and had everything emailed over for confirmation. Almost 2 months into our new home, our home insurance agency called and said the policy got canceled because Success never paid out our policy even though we sent confirmation. When I called Success with our insurance agent on the phone, the insurance agent asked the Success Representative what was included in our closing costs? Success sounded uneducated and said said we were suppose to pay our policy prior to closing. I would not recommend this company to anyone and we are glad our mortgage got sold off to someone else.

Mr. John R Fortener has exceptional knowledge of mortgage loan. He has very helpful and excellent idea, how to help for the customer and response on time. This is the second time that he has worked with me. I highly recommended him to choose John as a Mortgage Advisor.

Yes, they are express! In two weeks, our family was in the new home! We are incredibly grateful to SME for being part of this journey. Brittany and Jeniffer were essential, always very polite, with objective and almost immediate responses. It was an incredible experience! I genuinely recommend SME!

As a previous employee, the work environment was fun. The benefits are very expensive and when mine were supposed to kick in, they never did. When I got laid off I was told benefits were good until end of month, which was not accurate. When I called the insurance company after a dr appointment, insurance stated that they never received funds to activate my plan where funds were taken from paychecks and nobody will give an answer as to why these funds were never paid to the insurance carrier or reimbursed back to myself. Sent letters to the vp of company and 2 months later still can't get an answer. Do not recommend working here with such poor communication and theft of money

I just bought my first house and obtained my loan through Success Mortgage Partners and it was a BREEZE! I worked directly with Todd Barr and Kelly Tracy, and I couldn’t be more pleased. As a first-time home buyer, I was unaware of all the documentation and steps needed to obtain a mortgage, and from the pre-approval process to the closing docs… it can be overwhelming. But Kelly & Todd made it SO EASY! They provided a clear list of everything I needed to give them and worked to ensure I received the best rate and a mortgage I could afford. I had a lot of what I would consider, ‘silly questions,’ and they answered all of them promptly and patiently. I really cannot overstate how friendly and clear Todd & Kelly were. Working with Success Mortgage was so easy and such a pleasure, I absolutely recommend them to anyone, but especially if you are new to home buying and feeling overwhelmed. They will make you feel secure and confident in your mortgage.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Todd Barr. As a first time homebuyer, the closing process is stressful and overwhelming at times. Whenever I reached out, Todd responded quickly and was always incredibly helpful, even when it came to figuring out a home/auto insurance bundle and finding the right agent for me. It is such a relief to know that even as questions arise now that I am a homeowner, Todd's still got my back and has my best interest in mind.

Applied in November of 2022. Worked with a lady named Amanda webb. Took over a month to get pre approval. She told us to improve our credit score. So we did within a few months and re applied to get a bigger pre approval. Got what we was asking for but could have got more. When we finally found a home we got denied due to type of income received. Amanda lied to us through this whole process and made it a very bad experience for first time home buyers. They submitted our application wrong to fha and did not try to help us but just make us go through a lengthy process and at the end found away to deny us with lies and lack of experience and just outright worst company. I don't know how this company gets good reviews the way they treated us. Oh forget to mention lack of communication. I could never get ahold of anyone it took me a week sometimes to get a response. Our realtor got us someone from Ross mortgage and they got us approved in 24 days. Your loss success mortgage. I don't recommend this company instead give Ross mortgage a call.
