Ed is invaluable! Yesterday, I witnessed him patiently service three different customers at same time. He is extremely knowledgeable of products and service. You may wait a bit because more help is needed but Ed will treat you right.

Visited this store when recently switching to Sprint. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They didn't have the phone I wanted in stock, so the gentleman picked one up from another location while I activated my plan and filled out my paperwork.

They were amazing and even stayed open an extra hour just to help me and the others set up our phones an absolute pleasure is the best description I can give.
