My issue started at 10pm and I was hung up on 3 times yelled at and disregarded told they were calling the police reporting me and said have to ask his manager if I was allowed to have Road side assistance. Ryan, Gippert(?) Nan we’re all very rude and treated me like trash. I got a wonderful lady finally (Angie or Angela? I’m not sure if I’ll have her name correct or not but she finally sent someone and the tow driver was awesome he knew just what to do and got my car fully on the tow trailer and connected tied down secure and I can leave on time now! Grateful but very disappointed with my entire experience from start till now and I have not eve. Left Michigan yet!! Please call me to discuss the matter! They have Caused me thousands of dollars from their negligence. I was rented the wrong size truck, they delayed my pickup and my movers couldn’t pack my belongings delayed me a full day. I was not able to be present for the movers to direct them what boxes were most important to take. More than half of my belongings are left behind. None of my kitchen was included on the truck. I have to hire another company to move my belongings. I have to fly home and take care of this will cost over $2,000.00 airfare lodging and then another $5,000.00 for the moving services. I will hire a lawyer to get this handled.

When having to wait for an extended amount of time at the facility in Plymouth, MI it would've been nice to get a wifi password to one of the 6 Penkse wifi configuration my phone detected streaming makes time fly!

Shady business practices. Bait and switch? Promise a rate and then hold a month long reservation hostage subject to vastly different rates because its august peak gouge month. I ended up getting the reservation pulled right out from underneath me because that. See photo that says rates will load and insurance will stay the same and then compare that to the actual increases ive paid since march. Total scam.

Just reviewed my reciepts they raised our rates by $55 a day in prior rentals and nearly 20 cents a mile without even saying a word.
