Went to Bay 3 on 9/01/24 and swiped my card for $3.00 wash. Machine noises started then nothing. Swiped my card again for $3.00. Machine noises then nothing. Checked my account and these crooked thieves charged me $10.00 and the wash never started!! Called the number and no answer, no service. $10.00 for NOTHING.

Al went above and beyond helping me clean my vehicle. He asked me to inspect it and it was flawless. Casey also was very helpful and welcoming knowing my car would be taken care of. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Avoid interior detailing. I got a full interior detail. My car is still dirty in spots. They didnt even do the 3rd row. It was folded down and they never bothered to unfold it. They also took a my baby monitoring camera and a charging cord and didn't give them back. I called them and they, without apologizing, just said Oh yeah, we have all your stuff. Come get it." Lastly, they had no idea what they were doing in general. They made me put a $50 deposit down, and then forgot about it and tried to charge me $50 extra.
Unless you like poor quality work and garbage customer service, go somewhere else.

Just went there today. They were excellent. My car looked great! The guys washing the cars were singing to the radio. That was pretty awesome. Took great care of my car. It had a great vibe and I would go there again and you should too!

I go a little out of my way to get here and after a long, rustic road trip, I really needed it. Much attention to detail was given to my especially dirty vehicle today. Ali was the absolute best. It may have helped that it was a quiet evening with rain forecast, but absolutely well worth it for the full service clean, including mats. Thank you!!
