I called in for an appointment for my wife and the lady I spoke with had a horrible attitude and did not have kind words whatsoever absolutely disgusting I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!

Recently visited this shop! The owner was extremely helpful in assisting me find the right lipstick. Merle Norman has so many products and it can become overwhelming. It was helpful to have someone there who is knowledgeable to answer all of my questions. I have sensitive skin and was also looking for a makeup remover that would not irritate my skin. She was patient and let me try it first before buying it to make sure I would like it! I would definitely recommend!!! A wonderful experience.

I really enjoyed my visit to the Merle Norman in downtown Plymouth on Friday, off of Forest Avenue. � Tania Reid the owner spent quality time with me and had me apply just the primer but after that, she was kind enough to apply the rest of the makeup and she chose amazing colors that suited my skin tone and age-and was very generous with available lip samples. I am very happy with my purchase! The cheek crayon in Berry she perfectly matched with age defying Pine colored eyeliner and two of my now favorite compact makeup called Flawless Effect pressed powder compact in “barely there†and a compact foundation called “expert Finish makeup†In Alabaster Beige. I look so forward to purchasing eye cream and face cream soon! Thank you Tania for a perfect visit!! Gail
