This branch is terrible, most likely worse than a reflection of the bank as a whole. From the manager, Jill, all the way down to their tellers, they are terrible in communicating with their customers and the main Comerica bank. All in all, Comerica is the Blockbuster of the banking industry.

They have new management and are changing dynamics from the ma and pa type bank that we've had and loved, for decades, to the impersonal rigid automated type. Not happy.

I've been coming to this bank for years, and I have seen it go through several changes and plenty of staff, and I've always had great experiences at this location. Alicia the bank manager is very helpful and friendly.

Their app will not allow deposits and it is an ongoing issue. Guess I will have to do my banking the old fashioned way and drive to the window and probably wait half an hour.

This Branch is SOOOOOOOOO SLOW!! This place only has the Drive Through open 90%of the time only has 1 lane open. Spent 40 minutes in the Drive through line during my lunch and that is how it is EVERY TIME!!!!!

Closest location to me, no problem with the employees, like the people who work here... but unlike the location in Canton and Livonia they don't have an ATM that allows you to deposit cash for immediate use... they have two ATMs and they both are the old school type where you have to put your cash in an envelope and wait until they count it the next day...?.... they completely remodeled this location and put in old ATMs?????... because of this I often have to drive into Livonia to the Laurel Park location or to Canton on Ford Road. Major disappointment and terrible business decision.... why is Comerica stuck in the past, why do all the other banks have immediate cash deposit machines??? Huntington and KeyBank have won at every location from what I have seen.

Newly remolded - Seems like all the long time employees are gone. Many new faces are now filling positions and I haven't seen the same one twice. New drive thru service is not driver ergonomically friendly. Actually none really are but these need improvement. Service is slow. Unless you get there when nobody else is there!

There were eight employees in the bank, two waiting on customers. I waited in line, the only person in line, for 10 minutes. Two customers were being waited on. One customer completed their transaction and left. That teller closed her widow and went in the back. One teller left was helping a person with a large cash deposit, then multiple checks. One employee at the kiosk , 2 at closed windows, 2 at desks, one in the back, and one employee at the drive through. This is the worst customer service I have ever observed in a bank. I waited five more minutes, and I left. I was totally ignored.

Since Comerica merged the two branches in Plymouth ( which I was very sad about as it's a hassle to get to the merged branch..., more traffic and out of the way). The service at the drive thru is terrible. At the Plymouth/Sheldon branch they were quick, courteous, and friendly. I can sit upwards of 10-15 minutes waiting for help at the merged branch and there is usually only on care waiting with the two windows open. Once I waited 20 min. Staff are not as friendly and almost seem unhappy. Really disappointed Comerica you have been my bank for 45 years.
