“Great Customer service from those who have taken care of my mailing needs. I agree with the other reviews on here about the long line complaint as that could be simply solved by just opening up the other customer service window, which is next to the other one! Place seems to have a small crew working constantly.”

The staff was knowledgeable and made sure my letter was proper before mailing. I was on my lunch break and I was in and out within 8 minutes. I felt my experience was worth a 5 star rating.”

“Edit* Post master called me back this afternoon and addressed the rude clerk from the earlier phone call. He also sorted out the issue with my package extremely quickly. The post master was kind and professional and reassured me that the phone call I experienced earlier was not the norm, or what he expects of his clerks.Wholly incompetent and rude. Avoid any kind of interaction or use of their services. Phone rings 20 times and the staff answers with an attitude, if they do. Cannot handle simple intercept requests or behave in a professional manner. Was hung up on after asking why he was being so rude.”
