The first time we (my wife and I) came to this store, it was at 10am when they were supposed to open, but no one was there. We went to breakfast, came back around 11:15 am, and still no one. We hung out until 11:30, and during that time I called customer service but they could offer no help. Two days later, we called first to make sure someone was there before making the ten mile trip to the store. After speaking with the person who answered, we were feeling skeptical as he informed me that due to a high volume of employee turn-over he was only person available to help us, but was also new and not trained in all aspects of the job. He said more experienced people would be present later in the afternoon, but due to our time constraints we had no choice but to go earlier than that. So we did, and as it turned out, the employee in question, Easton, did a fantastic job getting us set up with our account! For being a new on the job, he was able to answer all our questions, and despite having no luck contacting the store manager twice when he got hung up on some things, managed to figure it out on his own and get us set up. Through it all he remained a composed professional. Cricket is lucky to have an employee as dedicated as Easton, and I hope they recognize that. Equally pleasing is that Cricket's coverage blows their competitors out of the water, which is why we wanted to switch carriers in the first place. It was a nice bonus to be helped out by Easton, who, despite having the disadvantage of formal cooperate training was still able to give us a completely excellent service experience.

Normally I'm happy with cricket but recently I had an issue with resetting my voicemail pin and was told they couldn't help me I'm a bit disappointed but overall they are decent most of the timeReplying to email: I need to be able to get into my voicemail or have my voicemail pin reset I came in and was unable to resolve this issue

If I could give a negative star review of Cricket Wireless in general, I would!! The Cricket store itself is ok, the Cricket Phone Service, and, ESPECIALLY the Cricket.com or the Cricket App are USELESS!! I attempted to purchase an extra Gig of Data because my plan was set to renew (and paid a month in advance) but, the App wouldn't process my payment, then, SURPRISE!!!! My account was suspended because I 'didn't pay for the Gig of Data'!!! You cant make this up people!! Then, when I went to the Cricket store, not only did I have to pay the reactivation fee, but, get this a 'customer assistance fee'!! I will NOT be a Cricket customer after I use the month I have been charged for!! If I thought for a SECOND that I would get a refund of unused services, I wouldn't be a Cricket customer after TODAY!!

Only receiving one star this time because i was not able to get the 1 dollar down leese phone that i was told that i would be able to get. That was due to the stuff going on with my account. The actual represenitives that are in the store are always helpful whenever we come in to do anything. They are the people we perfer talking with as they know everything and we have created a bond with the gentlemen we speak with. They are always understanding and willing to take the extra step that they can to make us satisfied customers

Went there to add a line to a phone plan. The kid working there didn't know how to do it, so he face timed a friend for help. He still couldn't figure it out, so he said there was nothing more he could do and just sat there ignoring me until I left.
