Marty was super helpful in helping me purchase my truck! After multiple terrible experiences at other dealerships, I took a chance and drove from 2 hours away. Absolutely worth the drive! The entire process was quick and easy. They paid attention to detail-sometimes it's the little things that really make a huge impression/difference and gain customers for life (filling up our gas tank before our drive home!) I just picked up my third vehicle purchased through Tapper Chevy. They have the absolute best customer service around. I live about 40 miles from the dealership and due to COVID-19 their reduced work hours are not very compatible with my current work hours so they had the vehicle that I wanted to test drive delivered to my home. You can’t beat service like that! I didn’t love the vehicle that I test drove but found another on their site that I wanted to check out and they offered to bring that one down to my house for me to drive. I was able to come up to the dealership and test drive it and from there we were able to make a deal and I picked my new baby up this morning!

The main Tapper garage at the dealership is very helpful and great at what they do. However, if you need body work done, please steer clear of Tappers body shop west of the village on Red Arrow. An employee there by the name of Craig (or possibly Greg), he's an arrogant snot. Had body work needed due to someone hitting me in a parking lot. Wasted a trip there even after calling. He told me he had a loaner available. I get there (30mile drive one way)- nope, no loaner. He laughed and said that was NOT what he told me on the phone. I was on speaker phone during that call, and my spouse also heard, without a doubt, that Craig/Greg said there was a loaner available. After I call my insurance case worker to change the body shop I wanted to use for the repairs, I was told by the insurance rep that he had also spoken to the Craig/Greg earlier in the day and he told me that the guy was clueless how to work with insurance co to get repairs complete; of which the actual insurance guy comfimed there was a loaner available. Needless to say, I happily drove my vehicle to Holland to a helpful Chevy dealership/body shop. Was given a brand new loaner right off the lot to drive, and the dealer/body shop worked with my insurance company seamlessly. Tapper body shop is a joke. Go to DeNooyers. You'll be taken care of so much better, and not treated like sh!t from Craig/Greg. Tapper Chevy, I'd be very disappointed knowing that a guy like him represents your business. You need a better shop manager.
