I went in wanting a layerd haircut with some bangs and I practically left with a mullet, my bangs weren't even cut straight. I was trying to tell her what I wanted and what I normally have done with my hair and the lady did not seem to care and just did what she wanted, including spraying some white liquid in my hair that she didn't even tell me what it was, which ended up leaving my scalp extremely itchy. She rushed and was not even paying attention. I was standing there waiting for her to get me into the computer but she was too busy on her phone.I am never coming back to this location.Service: Haircut

Love going here for a great clip. Heh. The stylists know what they're doing, are always friendly and there's rarely much time spent waiting.

Wife and daughter loved their stylists/cuts, mine however was less than good. I get a high and tight/fade, and i got home and upon close inspection it was patchy and uneven. I've been all over the country for work and usually great clips does a good job, or at the least a satisfactory job, but the last couple of times I've gone to Okemos I've been less than happy with the cuts I've received. I'll be skipping this spot for my cuts in the future

gave my daughter bangs when I didn't ask for them. next time I brought her in they chopped off her entire head of hair when they just asked for a trim to even it out. my 3 year old looks like a boy. and her dad shouldn't have paid for the cut.

I had Joy as my hair stylist. She did an AMAZING job cutting my hair the way I wanted it. I got a short hair cut with bangs. Love it!❤️❤️ Highly recommend Joy because she’s super sweet and nice:)

I'm kicking myself for not remembering the stylists name but she was great. She was fun to talk to and my sister gave such a vague description of what she wanted done but the stylists nailed it.

We took our baby for hair cut and it's really uneven and looks very odd. Basically for baby hair cut people.give much time and show lot of patience. I am not blaming the person who did it . I love her courtesy and cooperation. But organization level you need to give guidelines to the staff.

My hair is completely ruined and looks like a two year old took scissors and tried to style something . Faeza one of the hairstylists there does not know how to cut curly hair. I’ve been going here for two years and will never be back.

Excellent, courteous & friendly staff that provides a great service efficiently- in a very clean & sterile environment. They all do a great job and every stylist there always gives me the exact haircut that I want & highly reccomend this establishment for everyone.

When I said clean up the back and sides and explained I wanted to keep my hair long, I didn't mean cut my hair down to an inch long. Didn't cut it even close to what I asked for and on top of that the inch of hair that's left looks horrible. Do not recommend
