They are getting only 2 stars because their drive-up service seems to stink. If I was only rating the staff, they'd get 4-5 stars. Here is my frustration with their drive-thru window.... it can be very, very slow. I suspect why has to do with customers who drive up and want to wait for their prescriptions to be filled on demand, immediately, resulting in all those in line behind them (many of those who called their scripts in and simply are there to pick them up once they are already filled and sitting in the bin) to wait and wait and wait. This makes no sense whatsoever. If you want to drop off your script, Mr. or Ms. Customer...you can't just sit there, clogging up the line...You should have to pull out and wait until your script can be filled so that others whose scripts are ready, can drive in, pick up their script and leave. This is too sluggish a process and makes absolutely no sense the way it operates. Get a better system so that people who have called in their scripts can pick them up without having to wait for the guy who wants it RIGHT NOW! Once you get a better system, I'll review again. I love this store...I just really am frustrated with their drive-thru service protocol.

Scheduled to receive a COVID-19 vaccine shot at 8:15pm on August 25, 2021 at this Walgreens location. They literally REFUSED to give a vaccine shot by claiming that they didn't want to open a new bottle because I was only one person. If you were not going to provide a shot, then why schedule appointments and why continue being present? People are out here dying from the delta variant and they are turning people away while they have unused vaccines sitting right in front of them. Mind you, it was a young African-American male trying to receive the shot being administered by a white older man. It really makes you wonder if they are refusing to issue the Pfizer vaccine to certain demographics. I will be filing a formal complaint against Walgreens for discriminatory practices.

Here it is 9:48 and the doors are locked there are workers inside cleaning ! It says clear as day they close at 10pm !!!so whyyyy are the doors locked at 9:48? Grrrrr

Customer Service is totally awful now. Use to be ok before Covid kicked in. Manager ( Female) gives a blank unconcerned look when you have a issue with CSR. Line had more than 10 people waiting, front clerk never called IC3. She herself was extremely rude speaking down to folks like they're 3 years old.Will not be back at this location. ?

Hailey very rude- this location has a lot of smart asses that work there- they want go back & forth with , definitely attitudes, as if you came to their home for service! I see why, everyone has rated this location 1 star - should be a zero star!! Don't get anything delivered there- they are rude and Incompetent when it comes to trying to find your order!! From the front desk to the lady at photo with all the colors in her hair - they're ALL RUDE!!!!

The worst customer service ever. My daughter is traumatized after receiving her Covid immunization. I called to speak to Pharmacist regarding the way my daughters were rudely treated. After speaking to Mohammad, I can see clearly that this pharmacy staff has no understanding of how to treat a customer. Never did he apologize that my 17 year old daughter felt the way she did. Before he rudely hung up on me he told me to check my daughters attitude. Mohammad is supposedly a Pharmacy Manager with 19 years of experience?? What a joke!! Maybe you can't handle the stress of managing. I spoke to store manager Justin..left message for Kevin at Southfield regional office and emailed corporate office in Illinois. No one has yet returned my call. Next, maybe the media should be made aware of this situation!!!

On 6/1/21 at 5:20pm the pharmacist (white woman) on staff refused to tell me if they had a prescription in stock. She saw my prescription yet told me she was unable to give me the information. Yet, told me to come back in three days. Why would I waste my time coming back, if you you refuse to confirm you even have the meds I need? She walked away without letting me finish my sentence. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for. There’s no law stating they can’t disclose to a prescription holder whether their medication is currently in stock at their location. Absolutely ridiculous. I guess I'll stick with CVS. Walgreens you lost a potential customer.

Poor customer service and even worst management! (Crystal) I've never gone to a store with that much attitude! You guys have lost a valued customer of over 30 years and I will be relaying the word to others for them not to shop there either!

Literally thee WORST pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Excessive wait times like I'm talking on hold for 15 minutes not talk to one human excessive. Rude pharmacists. Go to CVS across the street and save yourself some time and frustration!!!

Tried to get my prescription filled there after getting my wisdom teeth removed. I was in an incredible amount of pain. I admit I've never had a prescription filled here before, but that shouldn't matter. The pharmacy refused to fill my prescription and the pharmacist treated me like I was a junkie trying to get a fix. Kept saying he cant help me today. I was in terrible pain and I dont do drugs. They had no reason to refuse me. I will never shop there again for anything.

got our flu shots here and it was a quick (not quite) painless process. they took our insurance and the pharmacist came out and took care of us. took about 10 minutes from start to finish for both Ella and me.
