Complete trash! I asked for ombré nails and got a mess. My nails were different lengths and widths some were crooked just overall terrible experience!

Friday my grandmother came into the shop for a fill-in, a toe polish, and eyebrow arch. When she came back she had half an eyebrow while the other one was off, and her nails were all different shapes and sizes, even though multiple techs tried to fix her nails. She requested both her nails and toe nail color to match, but when she came home, the colors were different shades of brown and on top of that, she was charged $80 for this mess. My grandmother said the employees had a bad disposition, and all different techs helped destroy her eyebrows because nobody knew what they were doing. Don't ever come here unless you want a bad experience, to be disrespected, and have your hard earned-money taken. "They don't take pride in their business, they just want your money."

I had a full set here and it was wonderful with rhinestones they were perfect still attached. I come back for fill in and some rhinestones on a couple more fingers and they’re falling off in two days . I paid 50$ for this mess .The problem is that I didn’t go to the same person that did the first set big mistake. The lady who did the was rushing my service and didn’t take time what she was doing!! I ? I suggest that you go to Knee only!!! You’ll be happy if not Or you’ll be sooo sorry!!! I’ve coming here since 2002 it was very upsetting to me! Well you live you learn.

This place is horrible. Cut me up and made my nails look horrible. Then when I asked for a discount the lady said she would take $5 off ($40) and then charged me $37
