Stylist: First of all the technicians are not friendly. The customer service is terrible. David the manager trains the staff, the only thing they WANT is your money. No conversation in english. Linda was very rude when I asked her a question about my nails she was irritated that I ask her a question. I'm spending my money just like the other Black people that come in there. Linda was seconds before getting cussed out. I'm not going back anymore. My nails were lump up and lifting. I can find another place that respect me and won't play with my nails.

Go here if you want what I feel and have experienced is to get overcharged, service was under delivered and served a bit of smart mouth from nail tech Linda. Then her boss didn't want to hear anything "I" the customer had to say and I was quiet and calm...no one in there knew I was dissatisfied! I always have her a nice tip even though she started her smart mouth a few months back. The Manager/Owner does not have any appreciation for his loyal customers or care about them being happy with their service. I hope they read this a get a reality check and learn how a business should be ran and that you are there to give the customer the service they pay for, not what they think they should give us. Take your bad day out on someone else!!!

Every time I give them a chance (because I don't want to drive far) they mess up nails. I went in with long natural, strong nails and after getting manicure and shellac a few days later ended up with nubs touching my skin. Every nail broke down to the skin!

The place was clean, the prices were great $40 for manicure and pedicure. The technician even did a great job but only on the right side every time she got to the left side she started talking to a co-worker and cut me. She cut me on my left foot several cuts in a cuticle area and on my left hand cuts in my cuticle area. Did tell her about my feet she seemed to not care very much about her job or me. I can afford better so I will go to a place that make me feel more welcoming. Before I left there was an argument. But someone did yelled out thanks for coming have a great day! The young woman that did my nails seemed upset about doing them. She did an okay job. She seems like she could have done better if she really wanted to. And she just changed my nail polish for $25 and $1.75 I guess for using my card. She didn't say anything just charged it. DISAPPOINTING...

Very rude and does not make you feel welcomed for spending money. Male at station 1 is creating hostile environment. Does not have a good customer service skills. Will not be returning to spend my hard earned money. The prices are very affordable but you pay for what you get. Nail techs are speaking in different language in front of customers and foundations in mail sets aren’t the best. Over worked and scared female nail techs.Services: Pedicure

It was my 1st visit here. Came in around 3pm on a Saturday, and although they seemed a little busy, I only had to wait 5 minutes. My tech was John he did both my mani & pedi, not too much chit chatting??I was pleased with my nails and the prices were reasonable. Next time I'll take pictures.

The worst nail shop servicing I’ve ever had the man didn’t have most acrylic and still turned me around my pedicure was horrible dead skin still on here I wouldn’t recommend this nail shop for an emergency desperate client they’re HORRIBLE and on top of that said he didn’t feel like doing itServices: Acrylic nails

they are BEYOND slow! if the three lady's in front of me didn't leave, i probably wouldn't have had time. i got there @5, left at 7 and i only soaked in the pedi bowl for like 5 minutes, it was only $35 for a pedi w shellac; i charge $40 and i'm a home tech.... it look like i just got a polish change
