They charge a $250 cleaning deposit when you buy a storage unit in the auction. This is a ridiculous amount. The average is $100 and multiple places don't charge at all. This was a dumb move as now I will not bid on units here. If someone didn't clean a unit all the way out you ban them, you don't raise the deposit on everyone else. Bad business practice.

I purchased the Easy Pak Box Kit on February 9 2024 . I was so excited to see everything in one box. The box shows price of 53.00 ! Now as the sales manager picks this box up and carries it to my vehicle I said 53.00 but you charged me 77.37. Her response was Oh that's an old price .
Well I said thank you taking this big box to my vehicle I'm a Old Lady 68 yrs old and have a good day.
Now I think I was RIPPED OFF!!!! Do Not purchase from this Place ? especially if you are a OLD LADY!!!!
