My package was supposed to be delivered September 2nd, I got it todaySeptember 17th after it was delayed on the 2nd, the 11th, and the 16th. After finally getting it delivered, this is was the condition it was in. There is a hole that goes all the way through both boxes. Had to call the 800 number to have them take it back for a refund.

Need to be closed immediately. Employees are refusing to unload trailers. Your packages travel through any other state or city seamlessly until they reach Oak Park. Package has been sitting here for several days already and is now pushed back by 3 days from expected delivery date.

Ok so I had to edit this because as soon as I made my first review, the package already came. I talked to the driver and he explains that it saves time by just marking the packages delivered first then actually delivering it but it's very inconvenient for the recipient. I get the work is overloaded but cutting corners isn't exactly the best of methods to get the job done. But other than that, it was an okay experience I suppose.

I would give zero stars if I could. FedEx dropped open my box a few months ago and took items out. I filed a case and they still have not contacted me back after saying they would within 24-48 hours. Last week they lost two of my packages, each that had been shipped with other packages at the same time. One has pictures of my child and I don't want those "lost". But customer service is not helpful. They start a case and tell me I'll hear back in 24 hours and when I call back they say there isn't a case. Then they start a case and nobody knows what is going on.

I have had a package sitting at this facility since 8/25. It says it departed the facility, but after multiple calls and emails to numerous post offices I learned it hadn’t even been picked up yet. I’m in TN so I expected a little delay, but it’s 2.5 weeks later with no movement. I’ve tried to be understanding because Covid is affecting employment, but this is ridiculous at this point.

The pandemic excuse is no excuse. Package can travel through multiple facilities in multiple states every day with no issues up until it gets here. Once here, there's no telling how long you'll have to wait. Tracking information consistently just says "pending" "your package may have been delayed".FedEx must really not care about how many customers this is losing them. It's becoming common knowledge around here to avoid FedEx just based on this single facility.I contacted FedEx's official customer support about it and this is exactly how they responded: "Your shpmt is moving as schd for dlvy." I guess I'll continue to wait and see.

Terrible location, FedEx customer service is rude and was no help at all on top of constantly lying to me about what was going on with my package because they told the shipper a completely different story. Please use another delivery service if you can, FedEx needs to look into this location or just close it down cuz seems like no one is doing their job. My package has been stuck there for a week.

Worst place ever...if your package is here, expect a long wait, if u even get it...soon as I seen that my package was getting Shipped thru FedEx and it was at oak park...I knew it was gonna be forever... my package has been in the "fedex truck out for delivery" for 4 days and it was supposed to arrive a week ago...I would not of ordered my product if I knew that it was being shipped through FedEx ...they need to close this place down...it's been like this wayyyyyy before the pandemic...??????

A level of service I use to only expect from the US Post Office! I get it, Covid has impacted so many businesses. Not sure if this Fed Ex distribution center is one of them but I’ve heard rumors. Within the past two months, This is the THIRD package I’ve had stuck at this Oak Park center for over two weeks with no expected delivery date. I’m still waiting on a large package (a lawn mower) to be moved out of the distribution center. Ive called customer service several times and every time their response is “we will have the site get in contact with you” no one has contacted me…Aside from my current horrible experiences with FedEx distribution the guy that alway delivers to my house ALWAYS throws the packages at my doorstep. Doesn’t matter what is inside the box.I am a cabinet maker and needed some specialty items that could only be delivered. TODAY was the FIRST time I opted for the extra cost to have UPS deliver my items rather than “free delivery” if I can help it I don’t want FedEx delivery any more.I’m done with FedEx. I’ll avoid them at all cost.

Just like the rest of you. Package been out for delivery for 3 days. Hasn't shown up. I pray everybody gets their packages.Update: I did get my package the other day. Praise God. And it was in good condition. Just letting yall know somebody(s) is doing there job. I hope you guys get your problems resolved. God bless.

Absolutely trash company. I would advise using any other delivery service by any means necessary. They constantly miss delivery dates. They are rude when you try and get packages from the site. I pray anything that has to be shipped FedEx to me DOES NOT go to Oak Park, because it is almost guaranteed to get lost or delayed by days. I would be more understanding if this only happened during the pandemic.... but this has been consistent for years. How hard is it to get management that is aware of the public dissatisfaction? Maybe they just don’t care.

My experience with one of the personnel was terrible. The young lady hung up on me. This is very poor customer service. No one should work in customer service if they are disrespectful to the customers. I will be doing a formal complaint.

The worst Fed Ex facility. They Continuously deliver my packages to the wrong address on another street. They argue with you and tell you that the package says it was delivered when you have not received your package. And they don't resolve your issues when you open up a claim with them about a package that you did not receive. If I had a choice I would never use Fed Ex.

Even with the box labeled "live animals" my two-day delivery, which should have been delivered by Saturday, is now scheduled to be delivered Tuesday. My shipment is going to be dead.Disclaimer: I ordered crickets and fly larvae for my bearded dragons. They won't die from lack of food, but the temperatures with kill them. The supplier packs a heating pack with 48 hours of heating, but sitting in a warehouse unattended for two days will do them in.
