The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The store manager, Liz and her associate were helpful and professional. I am quite astonished that this location was garnered such a low rating. I am glad I ignored the poor rating. Please keep up the great work, ladies.

This FedEx is awful, 200$ package was stolen by driver and they refuse to do anything, numerous people have told me how they watch drivers scan the patches on back of truck and say they were dropped off

I ordered a $1300 Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra from Xfinity mobile back in june..the package had an empty phone box inside...I made a police report and Xfinity mobile have me going through a lot trying to get another phone ..

I just needed to print one document and after stopping by the library (closed) and office Depot (print center was closed). I called ahead and asked if I could print. The process was explained to me over the phone and I was all set. It was quick and easy. The staff was very helpful. Next time I'll just skip the other two options and come here.Plus the store was clean, plenty of parking too.

This was the last stop in Michigan before my shipment was sent to Ohio! My shipment was medical supplies that were supposed to be shipped one day shipping from Lake Orion Michigan to the Landing area. Now it's going to take a minimum four additional days unless it doesn't arrive at all which happens often with fedex) for needed medical supplies required to keep someone alive. All because sone moron put the shipment on the wrong truck. i would never choose to use FedEx for anything.

I was eagerly anticipating my new phone delivery. But, when I went downstairs to grab the package, I noticed it was sliced along the top and there was nothing inside it except a piece of paper. Someone at the facility stole my phone and this isn't the first time my things have gone missing.

Always use any other shipping company. Fedex in Warren Mi. is terrible. All of our neighbors avoid them. Can never get hold of anyone. The general phone number has courteous employees but the don't give them any tools to resolve any problems. Tracking told me shipment was on the way and they shipped it back to shipper. This process took a month.

The other reviewers are completely right. I would avoid this location at all costs! I had two pairs of shoes stolen here within the same week (tracking showed they never left the store). Thankfully, I get a receipt each time I drop off packages with pre-paid shipping labels, so FedEx corporate stepped in and reimbursed me $100 for each item plus the original shipping cost on one of the packages. FedEx corporate needs to investigate this location. SHIPPERS AVOID!
