Casey was amazing along with his managers Jon and Yusuf. Casey got me there safely and with great conversation. Sold me on a truck that I didn’t even consider. These guys have excellent customer service.

Yousif from the Oak Park location was so helpful when renting my car this week! He went through a full inspection of the car right in front of me and it made me feel so comfortable knowing how much care and attention they put into their jobs. Thank you Yousif and I’ll be coming again!

I came in for a compact car reservation. First of all, it took about 15 minutes to actually talk to me. They were on the phone with some superior talking about their computer system. I get it if you're on the phone with a customer, but generally if you're just talking with a coworker, you prioritize the customer no? Anyway, it took about 45 minutes for them to pull up my account and get me situated. Then they pulled up an SUV and didn't even mention that they would be charging me more for it. The only reason I noticed was because my friend looked at the price on the receipt and saw that it didn't match what they had quoted. Of course, they said they had no compact cars available. Usually if that's the case, any other company will give you the upgrade at no charge. So that's about it. Just be ready and aware if you go here.

Wasted my time coming in for a reservation just to be told that they had no cars available. They tried to push a minivan on me for a reservation for a compact suv. I asked for anything smaller but kept being told they had nothing else and were sold out since it was a last min reservation. They have plenty of cars in the back smh. And they didn’t try to see if other locations had anything available or anything. No real customer service here, I should’ve gone to the one in Royal Oak

I'm from Atlanta. 8/21/23,John Phillips tried to put a false insurance claim when there was no damage to the car. He said it's policy to write a claim for an engine light. What do you do for an oil change light? Lights mean maintenance and not physical damage to the vehicle bigger than a silver dollar or golf ball, let's proceed.But before, I'm looking at comments from this location and y'all seem to been had a problem with this type of behavior for years.Let's start; The night before the calibers locked up on me out of nowhere, the left driver wheel was shaking bad, the engine light had been cutting on and off, when I pulled over, I could tell the brakes had been neglected so bad its passed the rotors its effecting the wheel bearings now; The wheel could pop off. Whoever serviced the car, sure they added their sticker, but the levels aren't being checked. No wind shield whipping fluid, no coolant, no brake fluid. I'm not a mechanic, but this is dangerous.The next morning I did the road side assistance exchange with this location in the middle of work.I had already called beforehand and Yousef said come now he had a Toyota RAV4. When I got there John helped me instead, put me in a Mitsubishi mirage with temp lights, psi lights, and the mirror falling off the driver's side. He did not believe the car I was put in needed maintenance and he's one of the folks giving out cars with problems too. The wind was pushing me on the road in that car.After telling me he drives a BMW, he starts to make fun of me while we were inside saying, "You don't have any money", laughing hard in my face too, when this is a roadside swap out, I'm not supposed to be paying anything at the moment;I'm already paid up.He tried to take $30.00 from my deposit, when a swap is not the same as a return and I'm not supposed to worry about gas.I would not be swapping if there was nothing wrong with the car. I'm inconvenienced right, and I believe he knew he was being very rude to me on top of it, in a nice nasty way. He was being sneaky with the claim and trying to charge my card, and this is why people start to think your prejudice.I'm from the south y'all come on. We see racism real quick and ain't afraid to call you out on it. What is it when I scan these comments and see past experiences all like mine of women who look like me..What is it you are doing when you saw a black girl in tathered clothes because I'm working out a warehouse and you tell me I have no money... what do we call this unnessicary behavior?When it's from a random stranger my friends, this is prejudice.Obviously I have enough money to stand at Enterprise and do buisness and that's the page Mr. Phillips needs to be on with the customers. You represent Enterprise. When anybody comes through the door, why are you not thinking, "How can I do this transaction quickly but make sure the customer walks out with what they bought and happy."I got the whole mess straightened out.I suggest you cut those lies and prejudice mess out your life for good.You're cutting yourself and the buisness off from a lot of money and a lot of love.This is for other customers. Download the app. Try another location. Be treated better than this,.He told me people in the south have an attitude because it's hot... You have an attitude up there and it's cold.

I forgot my ray ban sunglasses in the bag seat of the rental car . We called and also went there and the answer was they didn’t find anything .. it’s not nice to take something that doesn’t belong to you .. very unprofessional

BRAKES WENT OUT!!! I was forced to give your company one star I didn’t want to. I picked the car reserved up on Monday. Once I got into the car it needed a battery for the remoteless key and it displayed it needed an oil change. I told the manager, he put in new battery, and needing oil change he said I was good. Against my better judgement I drove off in the car. My daughter and I take our short trip to Chicago. While we were there the left passenger tire air pressure went from 35 to 16. Went to a gas station and put air in the tire in preparation for the drive back home the next day. I also noticed the parking brake was acting weird but didn’t give it much thought. Traveling back after about an hour of driving we stop for gas. After getting gas back on interstate East 94. Driving for about 15-20 minutes tried pressing brakes, they were just hard, THE BRAKES WERE GONE!! By the grace of Jesus Christ we were barely able to get over from the fast lane to the shoulder. Once there I proceeded to use the faulty parking brake which eventually stopped the car. I look at my rental agreement for a emergency roadside assistance number NO NUMBER!! So I call 911which gave me a number for your roadside service, it’s a shame there is no number on there. I call Enterprise and they tell me they can’t send a tow truck on the highway WHAT?? I call 911 back because now I am ready to get out this car to feel safe. 911 tells me they are on the phone with Enterprise and would call me back. Finally, 911 dispatches state trooper to pick us up and takes to a safe location. 911 calls an Uber and we were able to get home safely. 911 remained in contact with Enterprise to get a tow truck on the highway to get the car ENTERPRISE COMMUNICATION WAS POOR with me!!! Nobody but JESUS gets the glory, praise and honor to be able to share this traumatic experience.

This specific location has been the BEST Enterprise location in the area for YEARS. They almost always have the right vehicle available at the right time. When the car I requested wasn't available, they found a comparable car and made it work. Even as the staff has changed over the years, everyone here is professional and polite. I've tried other locations (Enterprise and others) nearby is the past and have almost always been disappointed. This crew is the best.

I rented a car on a Thursday and before I get home good they called and told me I need to come back because the lady who signed me up for the rental somehow voided the transaction in it could I come in I told him I couldn’t come till the next day because I had to work so the next day my car was fixed and I wanted them to come pick up the vehicle they said they couldn’t if I dropped it off at another enterprise I will get a $50 drop fee so I couldn’t bring it in the following day and get charged a whole additional day because I had to work and no one will come pick it up and I can drop it off at a closer location so the next day two days until the rental now I took the vehicle to the location and I was told I will be charged $100 for the two days which wasn’t bad but they held $500 on my credit card is now Sunday I have not received the receipt which they told me they were going to email or my refund from enterprise car rental so very poor service in Troy on Maple

I am a loyal customer from Iowa!! This location charged me for damages that I didn’t complete, hail damages at that.. The car smelled like smoke and he didn’t do a full walk through due to low staff…

I was a victim of a hit and run accident which caused my car to be in the shop well over 2 months. I have been paying weekly for a vehicle rented from the Royal Oak location. Until RECENTLY I only had rave reviews for the customer service I received after speaking to Jessica I can’t find anything good to say. Total CONFUSION and lack of ability to communicate. PLEASE SERVICE KING FIX MY CAR SO I CAN GET OUT OF THIS NIGHTMARE!

Nick is super awesome and very professional. Great customer service even though they are very understaffed, he still did excellent job and went above and beyond. Please Corporate get these guy's some air conditioning and help.
