But I decided to go inside and I was AMAZED. I had the Pleasure of meeting Jay (Cashier) that Greeted me with a Smile. I asked for the Manager and Meet Michele whom was Friendly and a Delight to Meet. Then I met Will whom didn't want me to know his name but I found out that Will is part the reason the Store look AMAZING! KUDOS to Will, Michele and Jay ;)”

“Just bought two pairs of On Clouds with Van. Her customer service was beyond my expectations. She was so kind and extremely knowledgeable with the brand. I needed a specific shoe to help accommodate past injuries so that I could comfortably and safely work out. She recommended several pairs and was so patient with me as I tried multiple shoes and sizes. If you find yourself looking in the comment section before visiting the women’s shoe department- I would highly recommend visiting the store and requesting to shop with her!”

I am not local but make sure to stop by and stock up whenever I am near the area. Also have a sister store on 8 Mile /Beech Daily in Southfield that have great deals too!”

“In general I really like shopping at Target stores. This particular location all of the employees working have always been very helpful. The cashiers are usually very pleasant. If you use their self check out their customer service people also always are helpful and normally go above and beyond. I've purchased starbucks at this location quite a few times as well. The employees behind the Starbucks counter are also very friendly. I often place orders for Drive-Up pick up. Usually my order is ready for pick up under the 2 hour time given. Majority of the time all of my items are given accurately. There have only been two occasions that I can think of where one item was missing an another item had been wrong. However I just let them know and they immediately fixed that for me. I love the atmosphere of Target stores in general. This particular location always seems pretty clean and well kept.”

I can always find quality clothes for myself and grandchildren, even for my pet dogs .The housewares are good prices, lots of color choice and good quality. I always feel like a bandit when i go to Kohls because not only do i get sale price reductions but i get further coupon reductions and then Kohls cash reductions. By the time i pay for my multiple bags of stuff i feel like i got it for nothing! Way to go Kohls! You,ve got a lifetime shopper here!”

“Got there an hour before closing; could not use fitting rooms, and the people that had greeted us as we walked into the men’s clothing area disappeared immediately not to be seen again. Shirt selection is not what it used to be! Our cashier was helpful and a really lovely lady. Usually I can find what I need in men’s clothing there and it’s a go-to, but overall this last visit was lackluster. However, my 23 yo son was thrilled that they have “dress slacks” in the super slim fit. Good thing he was wearing shorts and could sort of try the pants on over the shorts; I might have walked away in frustration otherwise. I do have to return the shirt he could not try on before purchasing.”

“Yesterday I went in to pick up my cake order and it looked like it was dropped and I was furious at first but I accepted mistakes happen. It seemed as my son’s party would be without a cake due to it being a special order. When I tell you Tammie, Renee, and Kathy demonstrated what customer service is. They found away to save the day two of them weren’t even from the bakery, but together they found a way to redo the cake while being coached through the phone by the bakery manager who’s name should also be included also. When I tell you we were very satisfied with the effort and compassion they showed to make things right. This by far is my best customer service experience. I love you all. Thank you for the best customer service possible!!!!!”

“This is the second Value World I have visited. I usually enjoy thrifting but this is one of those places where you need to be mentally and physically prepared to dig through everything since their stores are so packed.The prices are okay. I had a digital $5 coupon since I signed up for their texts. I put it toward a scarf for our toddler. The cashier wasn't overly friendly and didn't seem to be thrilled to be there but she did get us out expeditiously.”
