“My mother always used this location and Sami knew her and ever since my mother use this location I’ve use this location. I am disabled, so everything that they offer is expensive in my opinion but the individuals and crew there are very savvy and what they do and they know what they’re doing, and I trust them with my vehicle, every time something happens they are the first people that I call, and they will work with you on the price, maybe it’s just me, but I’m glad that they do that for me, there’s nobody else that I would trust and there’s nobody else that I go to, now that my mother has passed away on December 1 of 2022. She always trusted Sami and she liked him and I continue to trust everyone there , I like talking to the person that answers the phone and his name is Alex, he’s always courteous, upfront, honest, and specific I am very knowledgeable about when I explain to him what I think what’s wrong with my car he tells me exactly what could be wrong with it, and I appreciate that, and he takes the time to explain , I like the patience that everyone there seems to exhibit when dealing with me ??♀️❤️?? by the way, I’ve had mini services done by this location and recently I’ve been very happy with every service that’s why I continue to keep going back and as a matter of fact, I have another appointment in November 2023! ⚙️Services: Tires”

“I came here to get my truck checked out and Ali found the issue in a matter of seconds. He went out his way to get my part from a dealership instead of a local auto store and had my gasket replaced in a few hours. My truck has its sound back and I’m overly satisfied with the work. “Nice staff, good communication but upon further inspection of my SUV by highly inclined mechanics from another auto shop, barely anything was replaced.. Most was cleaned and returned under the hood, a few things were replaced due to actual damage. Throttle body wasn't replaced, was informed it had just been cleaned and put back in along with other engine parts. Not a bad shop by any means just could use more attention to detail and proper procedures when replacing engine/transmission components. Overall I was satisfied with the work that was actually done and the reasonable price that was given.”
“I have come here for over 15 years. They will tell you if DON'T need to replace something and at times they've even charged me $0 for checking something out. I go to them for everything and they even replaced an engine once for me. That was one of the few jobs that couldn't be done as I waited, lol. It still was done in 3 days for way less than I was expecting. You can bring your own parts if you want to get it done quicker or they can order them for you.”
“These guys are heaven sent! I had my coolant hose break today. At the time I had no idea what was happening I just saw a river of fluid pouring out from under my car while I was getting out. I panicked and started heading to the Chrysler service center that I usually go to. I got caught at the light at Coolidge and Lincoln when my car started smoking and overheating. Thankfully I saw this auto shop on the corner. I didn’t catch the name of the man working but he was so kind and told me to leave the car and he would take a look at. I got a call soon after I left saying he would have it done in a couple hours. They were so fast and friendly. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.”
“Like some of the comments on here have said these guys are the best! Got an oil change up there and they accidentally didn’t push the dipstick all the way back down the tube, so oil was being splashed all over my engine compartment. Accidents happen and it wasn’t that major of an issue. And I only noticed it because it was the middle of winter and I had to go under the hood to swap out a flat battery. When I took it back there they told me that just to make sure there were no contaminants in my oil, due to all the slush and snow that was on the roads that week, they gave me another complete oil change for free!!! And they cleaned all the oil off my engine compartment as well!!! It’s service like that and commitment to customer satisfaction which is rare in today’s world and these guys are champions of it!”

“I went in for one thing only because of the good pricing but was convinced once I got there to go with my first thought. I was glad to have run into Jovian because he mentioned to me what I had originally wanted and thought would look best on my truck so I’m so many words he confirmed my first thought was the best thought without me even telling him. He was very polite and the price he gave me was very competitive which is why I was glad to make my purchase here. “Had some wires connecting to the battery that needed replacing. Initially I had gone to Fox Toyota to get a repair but quoted an absurd price of 3k to replace the entire harness.Came here and the car was running perfectly for $400 within a couple hours. Very friendly and straight to the point would definitely recommend coming here for repairs.Service: Battery”
