If I could give less stars I would! The busiest dress time of year and this store was understaffed and the staff that was there was less than helpful to say the least. We were the first customers of the day and when I tell you there were hundreds of dresses on the FLOOR! No organization, and long lines. The checkout gal was no where to be found for 20min! I’ve never witnessed a dirtier, understaffed, wreck of a store! We walked to JC Penny… got a beautiful dress, half the price, no wait for the dressing room and it was even past butt cheek length! Windsor needs new district and local store managers! I would be mortified if this was MY store!

I went with my friends to go homecoming dress shopping, and our experience was awful!! the lady who was helping us kept yelling and saying she didn't believe us when we told her the amount of dresses, AND she told us to recount them. She then sprayed fabreeze and clorox disinfectant spray in the air and on the floor all the way down the aisle, we basically inhaled chemicals and to top it all off she came and told us to hold our friends dresses that were on the rack and shoved them in my friends face hitting her with the hangers and banging her head into the wall. Absolutely awful. Would not recommend. -100/10. I don't know her name but she needs to be fired! didn't have a bra on either nips out and everything.

Shout out to Julia today whom I observed being so patient, calm, confident and helpful to all the customers. She went the extra mile for us looking up shoes and tracking down sizes.
