Rude sales associates. Waited in line for an online return. One associate started ringing up 2 of my items then starts complaining to another associate about how she "wants to go home already" so that associate takes over & she walks away from my transaction. Then the new associate I'm working with has no idea how to process a return and has the audacity to ask ME how the other associate was doing it! I asked her "how am I supposed to know? Why doesn't she have the other associate finish the transaction since she knew how? "I am then met with attitude and a hand towards my face as she says "No I am gonna finish this return!" Unprofessional staff always!

I mean who doesn't love Victoria's Secret other than that girl who sings that song about it. I love taking my girl shopping there she thinks she is getting these great things but really they're more fun for me!

Very disappointed with the customer service. They only had 2 associates working the pink department and when we looked for help, one associate was with another client and the other was working the register in the worst place possible for completing the sale... dab in the middle of the store and blocking items customers were wanting to look through.

Nicole was really nice helping me to find a non wire bra to make me comfortable during my pregnancy. Very patient and pleasant even though she was only one working floor and fitting room

Disappointed in the customer service when I asked for certain color/size. Lady was gone for a long time when she came back she ignored me and when back to doing what she was doing. Then told me she told someone to tell me. Well no one did.

The store is set up very well. The workers were really scrambling to make everybody happy and we appreciated that they actually came to work to do that. It was Christmas Eve and we were amazed at how professional they were and that they were able to help us with only about 8-9 store employees. We gave it four stars because they were considerably packed and the dressing room wait was about 20 minutes per lady. This is because they closed down the VS Pink store next-door's dressing room and so everyone who needed to try on VS Pink items had to come over to Victoria's Secret to use their dressing room. Also there was only one dressing room attendant and so it made it very difficult to get in and out and try your items on. The line to check out also was very slow but they had the nicest African-American women checking everyone out of the store and they moved as fast as possible. The only issue I saw was that were unnecessary to make the purchases and this delayed the cashiers from having smooth and quick transactions take place. We hope that they have better staffing next year for the Holiday Rush.

Makayla helped me today. When I walked in she was in the middle of helping another customer and made sure she greeted me and let me know that she would be with me as soon as she was done with them. From then on, she was super knowledgeable, helpful and very personable.

They are making such a big deal about keeping people out in a line outside of the store, you'd think they'd be doing everything else to keep people safe during a pandemic. Apparently masks aren't required, as made evident by the man in a cowboy hat walking around the store, whistling and touching every g-dang thing in this store.
