“Excellent service. Quick in and out. Friendly staff. I recommend!I picked up a 4x8 trailer to haul a sofa to my daughter. There was a sign on the wall that read 'ask my dad about a bracelet'. So I did! I was given a really rad paper bracelet with my initial on it. How fun. I wore that during my travels.Picking up and dropping off the equipment was super easy. I used the app to check in and when returning the trailer. It's very simple. It prompted me to take odorous of the trailer. I would not have thought of this so I appreciate the accountability going both ways.Insurance is very cheap for their rentals. I highly recommend the additional (+/-) $8/Day.Thank you for being available and helpful”
“Best customer service ever, clean truck and well kept. The price was great and the cost was less than estimated. Also estimated cost was more than fair.At other U-Haul rentals they have not been good especially the Livonia oneAlso what place and clean a great selection of Dog Food, High quality bird food, and other dog supplies. I definitely recommend this place. Five stars and A+++ for the gentleman who took great care of us.”
