I was shown that my paid off device would cover the equipment costs and my new phone would be a free upgrade. i was also told that switching to a 5G network would increase my entire bill by $20. My bill increased by $60! The rep just wanted a commission instead of truly helping me.

after wasting 2 hours at the place the prices I was quoted was $40 less than the plan it should be and the credit for the I phone returned was short of $400 each plus I was forced to change a screen for $130. Today I spent 1 hour correcting my plan. Next time I must find another place for new phones or go to Verizon they sound cheaper then T-Mobile

A waste of time. i was unable to get anything accomplished due to staff giving me the wrong information on multiply questions. I was there to buy 4 new phones since i already have 4 lines and had to leave with 0.

The worsttttt customer service. My mom needed a new phone, so we went here and the lady was so rude and could not care less to actually sell us a phone (didn't even show us the options).....So, 10 minutes after being at THIS location we left and went down the street to the other T Mobile location and bought a phone there, they were so nice and we had a way better experience.

Horrible experience no customer service valueI'm looking to start service got approved for a couple items kind of confused with this process wanted some more detail on the online purchase cake into the store about 2min ago very unprofessionaiThe black gentleman had no customer service core his only concern was attractive women trying to see a stolen phone him helping to correct the actionMost uncomfortable experience if this is what this company offers I will look at other wireless networks before joining this with the display today ?

After 3 trips, finally had the sIm card properly activated. Shout out to Chase who needs a new job because he just doesnt care. To top it off some one added the product protection we said no to several times. Save the apologies and get the place straighten out. I would not recommend this place to people i dont like, let alone friends or family.

Horrible customer service. I dreaded every second upgrading my teens phone and had to bite my tongue for her. I have 3 daughters that all WORK at their jobs, loved by management, their co-workers and customers. If my kids every treated customers this way, we'd be having a sit down. Seems like it's a requirement for a retail store these days. I will only deal with a corporate store from here in out.

I was just at the Twelve Oaks Mall location and was not approached, heard welcome to T-Mobile, asked if we have T-Mobile or what brought us into the store today. And when I was attempting to get someone to answer some questions it took me asking for help twice. When I did get someone to actually talk to me, it was as if it was an inconvenience to them. Why would I want to continue service with a company when the customer service is terrible and I cannot get signal at my house in Jackson, MI? I do not recommend this location to anyone. We ended up leaving and are looking at going to AT&T.

I like this T-mobile excellent customer service!!! They are also very well advance in any issues you have with your phone .The Manger Shavon is the Best Ever very knowledgeable ! If it wasn't for her I don't think I would Still be with Tmobile !!

I really like T-Mobile are obviously I wouldn't be with them for as long as I have. I will be getting a new phone from them but that's when the REAL test takes place . Its easy to sell a phone but the true test is being there when customers have questions or need help! I'll get back with you when that happens
