What has Happened? Used to be a good club. New bunch of employees who don't even put down their phone to check your basket at the exit and make you wait until they are ready. Also, an employee with a flat bed of empty boxes made a senior struggling with a cane move out of her way... Costco here I come!

Novi Curbside pick up is the worse 45min from arrival took them to bring my order out even they said on the app 10 min I could went inside and grab them out and would be fast canton branch is much better and quicker

Good selection and nice staff. Free samples on Saturday mornings. Discount gas is a real pleaser. Membership is much less that Costco.

Has been multiple times where I go to pick up my order and it’s 30 min+ of waiting. Learn how to properly staff based on consumer trends and pick up times. Will not be renewing my membership.
