Mike was incredibly helpful in helping us choose a mattress and base. He was very personable and knowledgable. He is a very conscientious seller. He is not going to recommend a product unless he believes it is a responsible recommendation with the best interest of the customer in mind. I would highly recommend going to see Mike at the Novi store if you're in the market for a new mattress!

We’re looking to replace an existing mattress. Salesman was able to quickly locate the present version of the mattress, confirm the firmness, and get it ordered quickly. Overall experience was excellent.

The mattress I wanted was there for me to test. It will be delivered and set up for me three days after I was there. Jerry was helpful and knowledgeable.He made buying a new mattress about as painless as it could be.

I'm very impressed with mattress firm this is my second opportunity to go there and pick out a selection of the adjustable beds I had a flood in my house and the salesman my salesman is very kind and understanding and he waited until I was able to come back to the store and pick out my second adjustable base this time I'm in better shape and I purchase a highly functional adjustable base and I'm very happy and I would like to thank my salesman for seeing me through my hardship times I recommend this place to anyone and they are very knowledgeable about the mattresses about the bases and they even help you understand why it's important to sleep good and on good mattresses and good pillows and the base if you have problems that really really helps and once again second encounter even greater than the first one and that was a great one

Beware!!! We thought we were buying a NEW!! Mattress but we got a used mattress. Went to mattress firm in novi to shop for a new king mattress after trying a few we found one we liked but was little over our price range the sales associate told us that he could lower the price if we purchased from their factory outlet but that would mean no return we decided we would take the risk on the no return and went ahead with the purchase the sales associate never mentioned anything on this mattress being pre owned. Once I got the mattress delivered I noticed a tag on the mattress saying that it pre owned and sanitized. If I had known the mattress was used, I would’ve never went with the purchase this is flat out wrong and deceitful all because he wanted a sale and was not honest

The store manager was very knowledgeable about the product. He provided detailed explanation and demonstrated the product. He also provided every options to save cost. This is great place to purchase mattress.

Michael was fantastic and so helpful. We hadn’t been mattress shopping in ages and I thought it would be really overwhelming with all the options, but he made it really easy and took the time to understand our needs. Mohamad was super helpful and made me feel confident in my purchase, and the delivery ended up being a couple days earlier than expected. I definitely recommend this location due to the customer service alone. The store was also clean and well organized.
