Went in at 7:30 on Wednesday night, the girl working was one of the most helpful retail reps i've ever met. She wasn't overbearing, but happy to help. Proposing ideas for different fits, checking the back for sizes, giving washing instructions for the items. She was so helpful and friendly. My dad can be extremely difficult to shop for and she was happy to assist. 10/10

There's clothes are terrible. Cheaply made. Nothing like the clothes were 10 or 20 years ago. Proof is in the photo. That's after one dryer cycle on low heat.

This is the closest lucky store to me, first time there. I usually go to the one in partridge creek mall. Great service here at the novi mall. I would recommend calling ahead to schedule a fitting roo. Tho.
