Monica is absolutely amazing she was very helpful but also kept her distance too so I felt comfortable, she made sure I never had to carry anything too long and in all had a fantastic attitude !

THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME SHOPPING AT THE NOVI LOCATION AND I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THE WOODWARD LOCATION SHOULD TAKE NOTES BECAUSE THEIR ATTITUDES OVER THERE ARE HORRIBLE. WHEN YOUR HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY I DON'T MIND SPENDING MY MONEY ??
