Service was deplorable for my wife, no one offered a fitting you, no one helped her set up a fitting room (helping to bring her selections to the fitting room), bad attitudes all around.Compared to the wonderful J.Jill at Levi's Commons Perrysburg OH, this one is shameful, will not be back to this location, better service to be had at other J. Jill stores like Levi's Commons!!

After having my ego destroyed by another store in the mall.. I went to where I should have gone first. J. Jill. In less than 10 minutes,Sarah, my new stylist, set me up with multiple. interchanging outfits. I was looking for Gar Animals.. 2022 for adults. I have a lot of skills. Dressing myself isn't one of them! And guess what? I'm not a size 16, b***** I'm a medium. JJill is where it is at, and if you are lucky enough to find a person like Sarah, who took the tim to cuff my sleeves and make me feel like a million bucks. You are blessed!

JJill has opted to no longer carry plus size clothing in any of their stores and shipping is still not free on their website for plus size options. Super disappointing.

During my visit today everyone(Jody, Kim, Sherry) acknowledged, helped and were very friendly to everyone in the store. I was with my mother in law who needed help with many sizes. Jody took her time, got more sizes and looking for the colors she wanted. Jody recommended and helped her find what she was looking for. The fitting rooms were open and cleaned out after each customer. also I noticed cleaning at the register after each customer. Well done jjill! I appreciate all the extra work being done in the store for us to feel safe coming to shop.

Usually my go to place for comfy quality clothes. Haven't been able to find that perfect something like I used to. Disappointed in fit and some fabrics. Quality going down?
