This Russian broad had the nerve to tell me that she could not do my hair because it was dead. In all actuality she overbooked and had 2 kids come in at the same time I did and completely told me lies. I went somewhere else and they said this lady messes up all the time and I was LUCKY to not have her TOUCH MY HAIR !!!!!

Went in first time. I told her I wanted to get my washed first- she didn’t. She cut my hair very uneven. It’s looks horrible. She rushed through it!

I have truly debated on posting a review on this place. I get the strong feeling it’s really a cover up for something else. Money laundering perhaps, idk. But I find it peculiar whenever I visit there are no customers? ever!The owner, she does hair. Not that I’ve ever witnessed this and there are two nail technicians. They are all from different countries, which might explain the name.My complaint is with the salon as a whole because after sharing my dismay with the outcome of my nails. I requested the only other nail tech please fix them. She refused and suggested I come back on one of the only two days the young lady would return. I found this unbelievable.It gets worse... the young lady who did my nails is very kind and pleasant. However, she could benefit by taking an additional class or two.??I never wanted to say this, but when I’m paying you close to $100 and additionally tipping you excessively out of kindness and not the work. I think I paid for the right to voice my disappointment.I will not be returning. As I mentioned, I’m not sure exactly what it is they’re open for because no one is ever working?♀️By the way, the work I had done is a pedicure, which she actually does a terrific job at! Along with my manicure I use “dip”. It’s supposed to be a step above the gel polish. Please note, they use THE MOST INFERIOR PRODUCT. I inquired at my most recent visit, why does it look so bad on the ring of nails they give you to pick a color? Her response was, it will look better when it’s on you. I must say, it couldn’t have been worse. The most horrible dipping powder ever! The shaping of my nails (supposedly coffin) the worst ever! I had to go pay yet another $55 to another salon to redo them! That’s what really infuriated me.So, to the nail tech who did my nails, I won’t give your name because I believe you honestly tried. But your skills could really use some improvement. But your coworker should also have wanted to assist if the customer was unhappy with the results and she was not willing.In conclusion, ???? on International Salon. For there to be only three people working there, you should work together to be better. Just a thought.But as I originally mentioned, perhaps being an actual salon may not be its purpose.
