Great store I was redoing my Floors and found nails to go into the floor to make them not squeak with no problem not too complicated there and app is good and employees are nice

Customer service is sub par. Young guy in forklift, about 6'3, working in the Lumberyard department was a total dick because I needed a couple pieces cut. @#$& the people who work here!

4 kitchen appliances were ordered, and installation fees were paid. Took 3 trips to get our appliances, and could not find 1 appliance (above-range microwave) in the warehouse for 2 weeks, even though we confirmed that it was on the work order twice. Installation folks the worse- 1st time "I don't do dishwasher installs" - "I'm not an expert". Additionally, the installer broke the gas seal to the range, and the fridge is damaged and needs to be replaced.2nd time- Fridge replaced unable to hook up the water line. Still no microwave- lost, no one can find it. Still, no one to install the dishwasher.3rd time- showed up with no tools (not even a drill) to install the overhead range microwave and dishwasher. Left Dishwasher uninstalled as they didn't have a clamp that was needed and missing from the installation kit (the kit that came with the dishwasher, their warehouse). Told me they were doing me a favor as the appliance was already there, they didn't drop it off originally. Told the two to leave and get out of my home.Needless to say, I will NEVER purchase anything other than garbage bags from Home Depot I spoke to the folks at the 1-800 each time, and the last conversation on 12/12/23 was terrible, she didn't seem to care about the inconvenience or the rude and unprofessional installation crew they sent out that morning.Stay away from Home Depot in getting any sort of appliance delivery or installation. They don't even deserve 1 star.

The staff was amazing, very helpful, and kind. The location was really safe and secured. the items I wanted were in stock and the check out process was quick and painless.

They do have rental trucks for $29 dollars like uhauls. Those who looking for white tube lights can get it here in 3, 4, 5 inch sizes and DIY for better light. They have all the items Right from extension cables, lights for all our home needs. They do have free water testing sample kits. Perfect spot for those who prefers DIY for ur home needs.

My dad asked me to leave this review since he doesn’t know how to do it.He was so happy with the help he received choosing a new fridge. He said that Keith A., Alex S., and Gary all were very extremely helpful and he's very happy he went to that location!

DON''T BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. Took our money over a month ago for scheduled deliver of washer/dryer. 1st attempt the reasons couldn't deliver was that delivery truck broke down. 2nd attempt was no call/no show. 3rd attempt was delayed as then eventually cancelled. Still no washer and dryer and no answers. Fighting to get money back that was paid over a month ago now.

Jaydon, think that's his name, was very patient and helpful with my purchase of wood for my steps. Cut the wood perfectly and recommended what hardware would work best.

I have been renovating two properties of mine since Aug 2022. I have always come to this store and other Home Depot’s and been impressed with the knowledge of the staff and their willingness to help (because I am a bit overwhelmed sometimes they did convince me to get a Cc with Homedepot that has proven useful) until yesterday. I picked up a weed wacker in the garden section and the guys over there were so funny and helpful they even looked up the previous weed wacker to see if the part I was missing could be ordered. They couldn’t find it so I grabbed a Ryobe to make my life easier. I’m fine with that. Then I wandered to the paint section and was waiting (I’ll be honest not very long) but couldn’t see an associate down the isles helping anyone so far that I passed and no one was behind the desk at all. Which is okay, Last time this happened another associate was near by so they called someone to help which was great but I just didn’t see anyone else near me on the floor except those behind the cash registers in returns/customer service and I didn’t want to bother them or stop them from what they were working on, so I called out a “hello anybody home?” I wasn’t trying to be rude, I thought it was kind of funny. Since a few of the employees know me by face and we joke a bit. However, the associate Giovanna in returns/customer service area did not think it was very funny. She told me “ You don’t have to yell” in such a condescending tone as she came over. I was a little caught of guard. I tried to explain I wasn’t trying to be rude at all but from her look I just left it and asked if my account could be pulled up to see the exact color I purchased last time. She told me I could as Another associate took over I thanked Giovanna anyway to be kind and started speaking with the new associate ( I believe her name was Sheryl or Sharon) she was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind of didn’t feel the embarrassment from Giovanna’s behavior anymore and wrote it off as a “one off” situation until I turned and caught her staring at me giving me a dirty look like something was wrong again. Ok…That wasn’t even necessary as she had made her point very very clear earlier, why carry it on? I guess I could have apologized but I didn’t think and certainly didn’t mean to offend her. I do understand sometimes we have bad days at work but I didn’t think I did anything to warrant Giovanna’s treatment of me at the time. I’m not excited about coming back to that location because I do know coming face to face with this woman again won’t be a pleasurable experience for me. I guess the best I can do is avoid her at all costs or shop elsewhere. Which is a shame because
