Business said it closes at 6pm online, at the website and on the door at the business location too. Upon arrival at 5.40pm found no one at the location. Tried to call the business location number provided but no response and calling hertz customer service was pointless. Never renting from Hertz again!!

Nice person. But when I got the vehicle it was not cleaned. Cup holder was dirty and sticky, and back cargo area had dirty footprints and dirty/muddy rubber floor mats in it. I was to much in a hurry to go back inside to complain.This put a very bad taste in my mind for ever renting from Hertz again.

Arrived at 4:15 to pickup my car(scheduled for 4pm). Lights off doors locked(sign on door reads open till 6, same on web). Called customer service was told at 4:35 that the guy was at lunch and would be back at 5. At 5:20 customer service told me that there was nothing he could do for me and hung up on me. At 5:38 a much nicer and professional customer service representative told me the closet location for pickup was the airport. Hertz, this wasn't your first time screwing me up but it will be your last.

Courteous and helpful staff. Had the car ready in time and even offered me an upgrade as they had one available. That made our trip all the more comfortable.

Who ever manage this office does not care about Hertz. Most of the time there is no body in office and you will find door locked. I tried several different time and days but mostly no one available. Hertz please check old reviews and do something about this place.

Worst worst worst!! The person works here is very unfriendly and he does not care about customers. Also, they do not have any cars although you have a reservation. If you do not want to ruin your day and your plans, never try to rent a car from here. 0 star.

Only car they had as part of my reservation smells like smoke even though I booked non-smoking. Rep offered zero help other than saying go to a different Hertz location. I will never come back here again.

we reserved a minivan 2 months ago, and just received a call from Hertz one day before our departure saying that they overbooked oh, we're sorry hopefully we can find another car. this is unacceptable I will never rent from Hertz again and I recommend everybody to Veer away from this company they don't know how to do business. The people we spoke with on the phone were very rude, inconsiderate and so unprofessional I will never work with these guys again. They also told me they had other people that they had to call and tell them they didn’t have cars for them either! As if that’s supposed to make me feel better?! Just shows the level of incompetence in this company. We reserved 2 months ago they should have told us if there was no car available we should have been told before 2 days before we leave. I would be very careful working with these people. there's many different rental companies out there and Hertz will not be on our list anymore.

Not the worst experience, but certainly not the best. Customer service rep seemed annoyed that I asked for a different vehicle than the one he arbitrarily assigned me without asking me a single question about my wants/needs for a rental. It was given to. Me under a full tank of gas, which is fine but "return it at the same level" isn't really a practical thing, so they got it back on full. My biggest concern was that the location is anot COVID compliant. When I walked in, the rep was eating in the lobby and then only barely managed to get his mask over his mouth; I could see his top lip. He didn't attempt to adjust the mask, just rocked that nose-out look. Gross.

Made a reservation on February 2 for a vehicle for the end of March for spring break get a call less then 24 hrs before I am scheduled to pick up saying that they do not have a vehicle for me now that every single rental car place is sold out due to spring break I now can not find one Do not use this place as that is the whole point of a reservation so that you have a car

Would give 0 if that was an option. Picked up a car from them at 1/8 tank when they could not bother to fill it up with a gas station literally a block away. When I started packing noticed that the car was not even cleaned. Called to complain and "manager" claimed he cleaned it himself (obviously needs training) found toys and crumbs all over. Hertz claims they put clean a sticker certifying vehicle has been cleaned and sanitized but no sticker... but they did have many other stickers and paint marketed on the glass with writing that could not be removed. Asked if they would replace the vehicle and was told that they did not have any cars and I would have to go to the airport. Overall a lousy dirty car and awful service. Avoid this place if you have a choice.
