This is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. Placed an online order and arrive to 10 people outside while there are 5 employees inside working coming in and out of the store staring at everyone.Apparently they were closed but never turned off the online ordering. The employees were inside sharing videos on their phones with each other staring at us laughing. It was blatantly disrespectful. This location needs to just close down and those employees need to be let go. They then proceeded to just leave the building yelling profanities and honking their horns. I’ll give it their were some disgruntled customers but the employees never addressed that they were closed. There were so many people the mall security came over to see what was going in and acknowledged it was messed up they wouldn’t even let anyone know what was going on. I understand there being upset people outside but speeding away honking your horns and yelling profanities in a busy parking lot in the dark at night is not a safe or smart decision. Won’t be returning for my safety and waste of time and suggest you don’t either. Sub par food quality at location and THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever had. Gm needs to fire all of management and replace employees.Seriously just close this location. Do not go here go to any other location in the surrounding area, just look at all of the other reviews recently.

This is the worst place. Look at the photos even how they throw tortillas on the wall.Online it took order through app for pick up but when reached there to pick up. They say no pick available you have to stay in line to place order. And no refund for the the online order is made.They have worst cleaning. Food line is always a mess. They don’t even care of all non-veg items are getting mixed with Veg items. No hygiene.And most of the time they don’t have veggies fajitas available. Not sure if them make them or not. Always they say we are out of it. Some times it’s Same thing for lettuce.I would never go to this place. And won’t recommend it to any one and mostly for vegetarian.Vegetarian options: For veggies option they don’t have veggies at all.

They allowed me to order online after they opened at 10:45. Chose 11:10 and got to the store and they were closed. No acknowledgment to us to explain why. Bad customer service and bad business. This was me returning to try again after the bad service a year ago. They haven’t changed. Minimum wage is minimum skill.. yet they don’t even meet that.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the bulk of reviews not looking up on this location favorably. I've been several times now and they are always missing/out of items, some of the cooked items always seem to be overcooked and the staff seems to be completely disconnected. While many places are short staffed, there always seems to be a lot of workers present. That's great until you see empty items not being replenished, see staff not communicating as you go down the line or notice that some are standing around. It's a shame, as this location is in a fantastically busy area and could be a real heavy hitter. There is a clear need for better management here.

I thought to myself this place has horrible customer service in line with a single star establishment. So I went to rate them as such only to see that is already the rating. Oh well! All the more reason to check Yelp ahead of time. I placed an online order and when I came at the appointed time to pick up the food they said they were not filling any online orders. Uh what!? I already paid I said. The response: I can wait at the back of the line, approximately 30 minutes, and order anew. They promised to "not charge me again". Oh thank you (sarcasm). I did against better judgment. The food was lukewarm. They were out of two meats and nearly out of a third. This may be the franchise at this particular location. Luckily there is a Qdoba just across the main road.

They are always out of food and their online order system NEVER works. It's a pain to call the 1-800 number and took up most my lunch break. Every time I go here they are out of veggies. Get it together!!! Do not recommend this location at all.

Once again, randomly stopped by this location and guess what? It's closed on a Tuesday at 4:20pm. Chipotle is FULL of excuses. Bad business

Store is never open advertised hours. Third time in a row I've come here and they are closed when hours have them open. Once at lunch, once in the afternoon, and once in the evening... pathetic. Not like you would be able to tell, chipotle stores don't answer the phone. Not to mention, when they are open there the place is a mess and the food quality is poor. Ordered here with Uber eats twice, both times I got someone else's order. So sad, I love chipotle and my local one stinks so much I don't really trust the brand anymore. If you are reading this at chipotle corporate, please reign in this location... it's making you look terrible. If you are reading this from the location itself, please consider hiring new managers or getting out of the business.

Last three times (all different days & times of day) I went to pick up a doordash here, they were closed. They seem to open/close just wHeNevEr~They closed with peoples orders still on the table inside the restaurant, lol. If you're gonna close the place with food still out, at least go take it to a shelter or something.

I put in a group order online for a work meeting. They charged me,sent an email confirmation, and when i arrived they had canceled the order without notifying me! They claimed they refunded me over $160 and that appears to be a lie as well. I’m telling everyone I know to NEVER spend another penny there.

Waited in line 10 min to be told that i would have to place an order on line if i wanted a regular size quesadilla. Asked if some on could make my order at the online station i was told no. Complete waste of time dont go here.

Came back tonight to use the bogo offer that was sent for messing up our order last time. They are closed over an hour early tonight with no warnings or signs out. Multiple customers outside upset.

Came at lunch time around 12:30pm and there was a chipotle worker taking trash out and said they were closed even though they open at mf 10:45am. This is unacceptable to chipotle standards. I understand people aren't working and its hard to get employees but at least put a sign up. Service was awful never coming back. Corporate needs to come in and fix this.
