We went to the other furniture stores across the road first in our search for a couch and were constantly confronted by sales reps and were not able to look at our own pace. When we walking into Value City, we were greeted by a sales rep James right away. He asked if we need any help or if we would like to look on our own. We said we just wanted to look around at couches, and we were able to do just that. We looked around for a bit then left to check out more options, and ultimately came back to Value City to purchase a couch. James actually remembered us and was an absolute pleasure to work with. But I find great stuff the rest of the year for extremely reasonable prices. When I get complimented on my clothing or home decor, 90% of the time I have to credit TJMaxx or Marshalls or HomeGoods”
