Totally messed up a simple job. Change a fuel pump and bent the pump when installing causing it not to vent correctly and causing a major problem with the evap system. Had to replace the entire system. Used a reputable shop down the road costing me more money. Don’t take your vehicle to Newaygo auto mall. It will cost you more money in the long run.

Took my vehicle to Newaygo auto Mall to have some work done on the frame. They had to drop the gas tank to work on the frame behind the tank. They informed me later that day that I had to replace my fuel pump because the top was so rusted that it broke. I said OK they replaced the fuel pump and that's when the problems began. They actually installed the fuel pump incorrectly by bending the fuel pump after it was put in the tank. That caused a catastrophic failure in my system which cost me extra money to have fixed . I asked them to check the EAP system. They said they did and charged me for it and lo and behold. They never did check it. I had to take it to a different shop and they found the problem to be the incorrectly installed fuel pump. Morgan the owner refused to compensate me for my time that I lost and also the repairs that had to be done on my vehicle by them messing it up in the first place. So I am filing a lawsuit and small claims court and we will see what comes of this. I would advise anybody, and everybody not to take their vehicle to newaygo auto Mall because they do not stand behind their work, and they will not present any type of certification for their employees.

1 good intelligent and honest solid repairman but consistently horrible communication.Bad communicationBad prioritizingBad work ethicsOk repairs for expensive areaIf you are told they’ll “get to it by end of week” expect them to NOT TELL their “secretary” about it.Hence “you’re not scheduled in the appointment” Altho you were told “ya drop it off and it’ll be done by end of week” And when calling to inquire status of said “done by end of week” 1 day prior to end of week told “we’ll squeeze it in over every one and bill you for being on the hoist” bc it’s somehow your fault for their errors.Interesting business tactics #not

Anytime I have anything wrong with my vehicles this is my go to place. Not only do they almost always get me right in, they listen to my concerns and are quick to find and solve the problem. Being a woman, I highly appreciate behind heard. They do high quality work at an affordable price and that just can't be beat in my book. The owner and staff are all reputable, kind and understanding. 10/10 would recommend anyone to go here.

Made an appointment last Wednesday to have them call me to pick up my truck because they had to reschedule me for Monday. Dropped it off this morning , hadn’t heard anything. Finally called them, they said I should try calling tomorrow.

I would recommend this place to everyone we need more people like the owner and employees that work here in this world... Me and my sister stopped here yesterday and they bent over backwards to help us and even took a tire off a vehicle they had so we cld put it on my sisters vehicle so she didn’t have to pay to get her vehicle towed to the shop... And even let us take off with there saw without even knowing us just trusting we wld bring it back.... They were awesome guys much appreciated.....
