The team at Classic Imports were great. We were on a weekend road trip recently when my 2004 Porsche 911 lost it's coolant pump, rendering the car undrivable. The shop was closed but I took a chance and had it towed there. First thing next Monday Austin called me, and explained they'd take a look at it in a day or so. Next day I got a call again with an estimate, and it was buttoned up and ready to go by Thursday.

This was my first time having my MB SL 550 serviced at Classic Imports. Austin was great to work with and the car was serviced correctly. I appreciated the timely email updates. The whole process was very professional and thoughtful. I will definitely be back the next my car needs service. Bob H.

Excellent communication! Very knowledgeable about my 2019 VW Beetle’s convertible top.
I am very impressed with how they took the top down and found the top had been put on wrong.
My top is not leaking anymore!!! I am just sad that I cannot put my top down until they are able to order the part to replace the broken plastic support piece.
I will always return to Classic Imports!

Work went alright. Unfortunately, though, must make a remark about bill. Mishawaka Lexus dealer $199 per hour, labor rate, (06/07/24). Lexus dealer has a huge overhead, building, lights, taxes, dozens of employees, etc. Classic Imports $216 per hour, labor rate. Small overhead, Mom and pop business a few employees. Can't say that qualifies for that kind of labor rate....not even close. Sorry but way overpriced!

We had our vintage BMW towed after hours to Classic Imports after it overheated and lost a belt because it was the closest place I knew that repaired foreign cars. A couple days later, they called to tell me it needed to complete rebuilt engine that might be hard to find and would cost between at least $6000 and $7000. I was skeptical, so I had my car towed back to my regular mechanic who specializes in German motors about 70 miles away. They found that only the head gasket and a belt needed replacing, so it was worth the tow.
