“I normally go to Uncle Ed's for my oil changes and always have good service and everything's okay. And I was having new tires put on at Walmart so I had an oil change done over at Walmart which wasn't major mistake they screwed everything up I was almost seized up my engine cuz there was no oil in it. Uncle Ed's checked it over for me didn't find a leak or anything made sure they filled it with oil and did everything right and change the oil filter right and sealed everything properly. He said it looked like Walmart didn't put oil in it because there was no signs of anything leaking. So from now on I only go to Uncle Ed's I've always had good luck there and I'm going to continue to just go there my lesson has been learned.”
“The crew at Auto DR did a great job with the warranty work on my sons Volkswagen! There was a minor delay dealing with the warranty company and waiting on parts, but that's to be expected with a foreign car. Nonetheless, the guys at Auto DR handled it with professionalism and courtesy! The shop is very clean and the waiting area is clean and nice with free coffee and cold drinks. There was even a little thank you gift in the car when we picked it up! I will definitely be a repeat customer for sure!”

Service here is friendly and fast! They never try to "hustle" or upcharge for anything, and will shoot you straight about whatever is going on with your car.
I went here for all my oil changes, etc. from 1999-2010. Excellent and economical services *every single time*!
Then I changed jobs, wasn't in the neighborhood all the time, and stopped going there. Today, I went back there for an oil change and "Joe", or Mr. "Bass", was still managing the shop, hustling/working hard, and making certain his bright attitude shined on his customers...
I live about 15 minutes away, and inside I was kicking myself for not continuing to patronize his shop. Definately worth the short drive, I was thinking, or making it a thing when I'm in the 16/Harper area. So I'll continue going there, and encourage you to do the same...
Guess that's why I decided to write a mini-novel about an oil change shop. But hopefully, it'll convince at least one person to give it a try!

“I drove a long way to have my Corvette serviced at Alex's, and it was totally worth it!! Both Chris and Glen were very helpful in sorting out what needed to be done, and their equipment is state of the art. I had new tires mounted with no damage to the rims, and that's not an easy task on a Corvette. Whatever your vehicle, look no further for excellent service.”

Truck broke down and had to choose a local repair shop. Found Big Jim’s was less than a mile away. I called to see if they could accommodate me. They referred me to a tow company who pulled me in. They called the next morning to inform me my truck was on the lift and how much the repair would be. Everything was put back together by the end of the day. They even fixed a couple bulbs that were popped. I was happy I was able to find an honest American owned company when this unplanned emergency came up. Losing a work truck for any amount of time can be a huge set back! Thanks, Jim and staff for the quick turn around.”

“Hank's seems to be a pretty good, reasonably priced place with great service! The process of calling and having general conversations with hank and his employees were sincere and welcoming. Service was done same day no questions, and they make part orders in the customers best interest. I will continue to be a customer to their business.”

“These guys at the vaveline oil change. Really know there's stuff. I had installed a catch can on my truck. I didn't even have to say anything. Say empty that for me, change my oil. Change the filter filled all the fluids. I plan on returning back there soon.”
